Words can’t describe how incredibly grateful we are to the Madison Club for making our wedding ceremony and reception more magical than we ever could have dreamed. Everyone was an absolute honor to work with - truly the kindest, most professional, organized, and detailed-oriented team that you will find to give you an experience that you will never forget.

Leanne, Alex, and the entire Madison Club event staff brought excitement, enthusiasm, and positivity to every part of the planning process. This included coordinating multiple visits to the club, which provided us with valuable insights and perspectives and helped to ensure that our tasting and detailing meetings were organized and ran smoothly. Leanne and the team really made us feel special and heard at all times - no matter what questions we had as we planned our wedding from out of state, we always felt we could ask and that it would be answered promptly and thoroughly.

Leanne and the Madison Club events team did not only just help plan our event but also provided top-notch coordination and support all the way through the end of the wedding day itself, ensuring everything went smoothly and that we had everything we needed at every juncture. She and the Madison Club team truly went above and beyond to make our day stress-free and allow us to focus fully on taking in every moment and enjoying the day to its absolute fullest.

Our guests raved about the Madison Club space itself - and wow is it a stunning space indeed - but also about how amazing every team member was and how their positive attitudes helped make a once-in-a-lifetime day even more magical and memorable. The Madison Club is hands down the best place to have a wedding! Jillian, Alex, and the entire Madison Club event staff were amazing to work with throughout the planning process. They were all so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I did not have a wedding planner and with their input and day of assistance, I did not feel like I needed one. The team goes above and beyond with day of support and coordination. Our wedding day was truly stress-free and we were able to truly enjoy every second of our day. For added day-of convenience there are so many hotels within walking distance, you can include getting ready rooms with delicious food as part of the package, and the capitol and terrace are nearby for additional photo opportunities.

The planning process includes multiple meetings with the event staff at the club to go over the schedule and event details. If you need help selecting vendors, they provide a list of photographers, florists and DJs familiar covering events at the Madison Club. The food and cake is also through the Madison Club. We had an absolutely wonderful tasting dinner to determine our final menu and wine offerings - doesn’t hurt that you have lake views and a cozy dinning room experience while doing this! The team is also extremely responsive over email and kept meticulous track of all the detail changes leading up to the event.

The cake deserves its own section. The club pastry chef designs the cake! We tried several cake combinations and selected two types to incorporate into a three tier cake. You then provide some photos/inspiration ideas. The cake was STUNNING and I’m so happy I made time to go see it day of before all the guests came down for dinner.

Our guests were wowed by the Madison Club event spaces, food, beverages, and staff. We continue to hear wonderfully feedback from everyone. The wait staff and bartenders deserve a special shout out! Our guests were amazing with the prompt service and amazing drinks.

Words cannot express how thankful we are to everyone at the Madison Club. The helped make our wedding day unforgettable and perfect. If you are searching for a wedding venue in the Madison area, I highly recommend the Madison Club.

Side note - We also love going the club for dinners and drinks, which is an added perk. The chef is amazing and the menu constantly has new variety.

We had our wedding and reception at the Madison Club and are so grateful we did! Leanne and the staff at the MC are so wonderful to work with. We consider ourselves so lucky that we found the Madison Club and were able to book our wedding date in the midst of the pandemic. They made things super easy on us for planning and coordinating everything, down to the last detail. I really appreciated Leanne's willingness to communicate clearly with plenty of advance notice, a wedding can be a lot of moving parts and small overlooked details but she helped us think through all of them and gave us plenty of time to decide things. The day of, she even walked around and noticed things that were out of place or missing and brought it to our attention with plenty of time to get things figured out -- a godsend on a busy day like your wedding day. The space itself is gorgeous and really fun -- all the details from the wallpaper to the architectural details make for such a beautiful wedding space. And the food is amazing!! We were nervous about the food since we'd never eaten at the MC before but after our tasting we were so excited to eat it again at our wedding, and the cake was fantastic too, we loved the flavors they let us pick for our cake.
