I've had better service here in the past, but this is the worst experience I've had at this location. I woke up this morning, which is very rare for me to do on a weekend because normally I wake up around noon. I thought I'd stop by McDonald's for breakfast, which I rarely get the opportunity to do so because I work mornings from Monday through Friday. I know that McDonald's now has an all day breakfast menu, but what is missing from that particular menu was the Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel, so this was kind of special to me. When I arrived the restaurant was completely empty, save for a few people at the drive thru. All the cashiers were attending the drive thru and it took a moment for one to attend to me. I made my order for a #12 meal at 9:11 am. I waited for ten minutes for my meal to be made, during this time the cashier was urging the cook to hurry up with my order. The cook was a Hispanic woman and she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. When I got my meal, I sat down and I looked at the sandwich, instead of bacon being there, there were two sausage patties. I return to the counter and ask the cashier if it can be fixed. He goes to the back to show the others, one of them says, "That IS Bacon Egg & Cheese!" He shows them the patties and proves them wrong. Then I wait twenty more minutes. More customers show up and some of them get their food right away. I did not understand how they could be so inattentive. During my wait, my hash brown gets cold, the reason I didn't eat it was because normally I like to put it in my sandwich, but since it was already cold, I just ate it anyway. After having enough of waiting I go up to the counter and ask, "Excuse me, is it ready yet?" And the cashier goes, "Did you not get it yet?" "No!" I said. I could not believe how inattentive this guy was, I was sitting right in front of the counter the whole time and he just completely forgot about me. Though what might've been to blame was the cook who forgot to call him to say the sandwich was ready, turns out it had been ready the whole time I was waiting. I will give the cashier some credit for getting on the cook's case, because she didn't call to say the order was ready, that was what really threw him under the bus. I just could not believe how disorganized this staff was, I called corporate and registered a complaint and now I'm hoping that once the owners are contacted, that things will be improved upon. The reason I am so dissapointed is because most of my experiences have been just fine going to this location, and I do plan on returning once I've gotten a follow-up call from the company, but until then, I...
Read moreIf I could put no stars I would. Past 10 times I came there I would usually use a deal on the app that says $1.29 any size fry so I would use a deal that was going on that day and the lady it’s always the same short lady with short ish black hair in the last window ALWAYS tell me it’s for the damn points and I CANT REDEEM the $1.29 any size frys, it just boosts my points? So why the hell is there food to redeem then?? I can’t grab a $1 any size frappe with a minimum purchase of $5? So I can’t buy 2 cheeseburgers which is over $5 to redeem $1 any size frappe? SO when I redeem the points and she tells me I can’t get any food it’s just for boosting points which I know is such bull shit SHE TELLS ME TO ENTER ANOTHER CODE AND THE CODE SHE ENTERA WHICH REDEEMED THE POINTS SND SAID THE CODE WAS REDEMMED ON MY END, she tells me to read me the other code that popped up, so I did and then she has the audacity to say nothing came up and that I can never get food with the damn deals of the day? Who is this lady? I think she’s high off her sss or something I have NEVER had anyone with that much stupidity work there. It’s happened so many times yet I don’t care cause it’s not that big of a deal but if it’s constantly happening, and I’m not getting food from the deals which you clearly do, how tf? I’m sorry I’m just so confused no one is this gullible and I want my damn $1.29 any size fry on Friday’s, cause that’s a great deal. Someone investigate her well being. It’s always that lady I never have any problems getting food with the deals at other McDonald’s I been doin this for a while, she j don’t...
Read moreAnytime we visit this 24-hour McDonald’s during third shift, the food is consistently old and poorly prepared. On the night of 7/19/25, between 3 AM and 4 AM, my husband went to pick up food for us. (I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant.) I specifically asked him to request that our food be made fresh, as we’ve previously paid $26 for lukewarm, disappointing meals and let it slide without complaining.
This time, I was on the phone when the manager personally confirmed—four times—that the food would be made fresh. Despite that assurance, when my husband returned home, it was immediately obvious that the food was old.
When I called to address the issue, the manager was unapologetic and blamed us for making the request at the window rather than through the speaker. I reminded him that he had the option to ask us to wait while fresh food was prepared—especially since he claimed to have done just that. He then offered a refund or to remake the food, but insisted we return the food to prove it wasn’t “fresh and good,” as he believed. He also gave us less than 15 minutes to return before breakfast started, creating even more inconvenience.
Ultimately, I requested a refund and was again told I needed to return the food in person. During the call, he abruptly hung up on me.
This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There was zero accountability, poor communication, and no regard for food quality or customer experience. The health department should seriously consider investigating the overnight practices at...
