I dine @Noodles & Co frequently, all over the country and I have never had an experience quite as I did Friday May 10th.. I have come to discover that this specific location is never clean; dirty dishes napkins food debris on the floor tables not wiped glass are always grimey walls marked up, rugs are never vacuumed thoroughly, using their bathrooms, I do not suggest that either BUT the food is always quality.. So how does one rectify this?! She calls ahead , orders the food, picks it up and dines elsewhere.. so the other night that's exactly what I did, problem being that I was running a little late and I did not place my call until 9:42 p.m. (remind you they close at 10pm) spoke with a female who did not pay much attention when I was ordering and I'm positive my order would have been incorrect upon my arrival but this I will never know as I received a call approx 5 minutes later with a male (unidentified) who states the grill is not working and my order is unable to be filled. I ask if this actually has to do with it being so close to closing ? He assures me that is not the case, they closed the grill early due to it malfunctioning. It was just too bad for me that I wasn't going to be able to get my $32 order. NOW, mind you, he never offered me any sort of resolution, compensation, deal, offer or any other reason to return to this establishment. Instead he was gesturing and making lude referencest with his co-workers while communicating with me as I had already pulled in to the parking lot and was directly across from the stores full wall of front windows. Needless to say, it took all of my willpower and adult wisdom (in direct reference to the consequences of literally snatching this idiot up by his throat) and I left the parking lot. Now, much to my surprise (not so much)upon calling this morning, Monday, and inquiring about the condition of the grill, I was met with great confusion. Within moments, it was confirmed that there had NOT been any issues with the grill at that venue on Friday May 10th. Hmmm... I will have to say that I find it quite unfortunate that I will never return to this specific location. I don't advise anyone to tempt their fate in receiving a meal in which I'm sure we all genuinely look forward to Best of Luck Noodles on East...

I went to Noodles and Company on East Wash (by the mall) on 8/14/22 at 12pm and was told that I needed to order online (there was only two staff members working). There wasn’t anyone ahead of me when I ordered. I ended up waiting an hour for my food and during this hour, several other customers started asking for a refund after waiting 30-40 minutes. The manager said she couldn’t process refunds on her end. So I decided to wait - when I got my food, it was wrong. I had ordered the “world flavors family meal” and instead of receiving a Cesar salad - I received a bowl with raw coleslaw mix in the bottom and lettuce / tomatoes on top. None of the dishes had meat (like they’re supposed to come with) and I didn’t get the Korean BBQ meatballs (that also comes with it) - I informed the employee who told me it would be another hour for those items. So I expressed my concern with the manager (after convincing the one other employee I was worth her time - he told me he would talk to me when she had time) and even suggested a small refund to cover the difference. She responded by screaming at me, saying that “from the beginning, I told you that there were only the 2 of us” and screamed at the other customers that she would be closing the store. She came back and slammed a piece of paper down on the counter, and threw a sharpie at me, instructing me to write my name down so she could give everyone a refund. I’m not confident that this will happen…
Will not be returning to this location. Management needs serious training - it was apparent that there was no plan to make the process as efficient as possible despite the lack of staff. She didn’t help the one crew member - she would hide in the back often. Customer...
Read moreMy daughter was verbally assaulted today 08/04/2021, she was screamed at, threatened, and had racial slurs said to her by two female patrons. I was screamed at and threatened by the same two patrons and all the manager did was say "stop yelling" and proceeded to back to the back room. I asked for assistance from the manager and we got no help. We had to leave from the establishment due to fear for my daughters safety. I usually never write reviews or call headquarters but this had me outraged that these two females were allowed to verbally attack and threaten not only my daughter but myself and never asked to leave, just to "stop yelling". Headquarters doesn't seem to care either since I have had no response from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.
