Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Madison

First time there today, my coffee was good. When I tried to get my free medium drink for being a first timer it wouldn't let me even though I spend over $20. Got to the window and scan my app, still got charged for all 3 drinks. Then I didn't get my smilies. 😥😥 Don't know if we will be back. Also, I saw no walk up window like it says in the website.

Okay I'm doing a different review since they opened, since the lady at the scooters on Madison boulevard asked me to do a review because corporate wanted to know how they were doing, I got the app fixed I've tried several different drinks and some food the cinnamon rolls are the bomb! Over the speaker, I asked to pay for my order and the car behind me, which was my wife, and they said okay. Then, when I got to the window, I said the same to the cashier. She handed me my drink and then asked if I wanted the second, and I said no, my wife will get that one. However, when I pulled off they charged her too. I pulled back in and they acted like it was my fault, never apologizing. I had to get them to refund her, and she should have never been charged. Poorly trained staff here.
