This location literally stole my money, and refuses to give a refund or even follow-up. On August 7th, I ordered a coffee through the app for pick-up in the drive-thru. I pulled up to the drive-thru window, which was half open, and sat there for about 10 mins while the girls inside ignored me. I could see my coffee sitting on the counter waiting for pick-up. After being ignored in the drive-thru I pulled around the front and tried to go inside, but the doors were locked and the employees refused to open them. I sat in my car trying to open a case with Dunkin to get a refund while I watched multiple customers try to get inside, realize the doors were locked, then leave. One guy walked up with his kids and stood there for a couple mins waiting for someone to open the door, while another girl walked up and stood next to them and looked around, confused. As soon as the man walked away with his kids, she unlocked the door, walked inside, and locked it again. I opened a case with Dunkin to get a refund, who told me twice I will hear back from the franchisee or field service rep. It has been a week and still no word from anyone. It shouldn't be this hard to get a $4 refund for a product I paid for and never received. This is straight-up theft. Avoid this location at all costs.
Update: I heard from the manager, Wendy, who left me a voicemail. I called back and left her a voicemail and email. Then radio silence again. It took exactly 20 days, and me filing a theft complaint with the BBB, before they finally refunded my $4, like it was...

Circled back around and waited behind another car, was told no problem but I’d have to pay. Went to the window and clerk and manager proceeded to argue with me. I explained we duplicated previous app order and it must have left off the cream cheese. They still argued while the line got longer. Clerk got sarcastic and said in front of my wife that she just ordered wrong. Manager stick to her guns that she wouldn’t give the cream cheese. I demanded a refund and she had the audacity to tell me to write corporate. I refused to move and she finally refunded me. I wonder who got those two bagels after that? Read moreFirst of all the young girl with glasses was so rude from the beginning. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. They were not even busy the girl was just on her phone. My coffee tasted straight up milk no caffeine what so ever even though I added extra shot of espresso in it. When I brought her attention to that I don’t like the coffee because I came in to get some energy and not to just drink milkshake she rolled her eyes at me and asked me so what I wanted to do? Excuse me? What do you think? Either make me a new one for $7 that I paid for or add more coffee since that’s what I ordered! The way she looked at me I am happy if she didn’t spit in it. Horrible customer service and there was not one person in there. She needs to change her attitude or hire new people who will work harder for the money....
