So I ordered for delivery at 1245pm. Was told it'll be 25 to 30 minutes to get it delivered to my work which is about 1.5 miles away. Called back at 130, they said they only had 1 driver that just left with 4 other delivery 10 min prior and once he gets back my order was next to be delivered. I called back at 205pm and they said the driver just left. Driver calls me at 215 and says he can't deliver my order cause it's to far. My work has ordered from this place for delivery multiple times and no issues oh yes you're this time the driver wanted to cancel my order and I hate calling back the store and I ended up agreeing agreeing to meet halfway at the gas station about out A mile away from my work and meeting him there they still charged me delivery fee of $4 I received my sandwiches2:15 PMThey still charge me the delivery feeAnd for the whole order and I called back and all I get was and it responds reading credit you back for just a delivery fee after I waited but I waited about 2 hours for 3 sandwiches great job Jimmy John's great job. I've called several times, waited on hold, and now it's almost 2 hours after the original scheduled delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JIMMY JOHN'S IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR ORDER DELIVERED - IT WILL BE MESSED UP, OR LATE, OR COMPLETELY INCORRECT AND YOU WILL NEVER BE COMPENSATED OR REFUNDED OR EVEN RECEIVE AN APOLOGY.
JJ - you need to change your tag line from "freaky fast" to "FFS" because that's how you leave me feeling as I wait, and wait, and call, and wait.

Read moreAt approximately 12:00 on April 15th 2023 My wife waited at the drive-thru for someone to ask her if she would like to order. After an excessive wait, she went to the window to where she was not greeted. Instead was abruptly asked if she had a card. My wife was perturbed and it was apparent mentioning he really shouldn't be talking to people like that. Once he was done charging and giving her the food he didn't put chips in the bag. My wife came around to inside was immediately greeted with I don't want to serve you because of your attitude. They're by escalating the whole situation. I called to ask for manager and was immediately greeted with just the words Jimmy John. Explain to him that I needed a manager because I didn't like the way that he talked to my wife and I didn't like the way he answered the phone. He said there were no managers what's up. At that point I let him know that he really shouldn't be talking to people like that. He wasn't bothered at all by that neither was he bothered by the fact that I was looking for a manager and let him know that although there's no manager there now we will be speaking to a manager from that location at some point because this isn't over.
