I JUST READ THAT REVIEW AND THE OWNER REPLY AND I THOUGHT, I WAS THERE THAT DAY AND I DID REMEMBER ALL CLEARLY. SO I WILL REPLY TO THIS OWNER.(IS IN CAPS TO DIFFERENTIATE MY REPLY) Thank you very much #@$ for your reflection on your visit. We apologize for running out of boba.( APPARENTLY IT HAPPENED ALL THE TIME I WAS THERE AND I DID RECEIVED SIMILAR ATTITUDE SAME EXPERIECENCE SAME DAY, I WITNESS WHAT HAPPENED AND YOUR EMPLOYEE WAS REALLY IGNORING THE CLIENT AND TALKING SO LOW THAT WAS HARD TO HEARD YOUR EMPLOYEE AND SHE ROLELD HER EYES EVERYTIME CLIENTS ASK HER REPEAT THE ORDER.) We do sell out and it takes an hour to make the boba.( THIS PROOVED LACK OF GOOD MANNAGEMENT) Our Staff did tell you that when you ordered and you agreed to wait.(YOUR EMPLOYEE TOLD ME EXACTLY SAME THEN IT TOOKED 45 MINUTES WHEN THE SAME PERSON TOLD ME THAT IN 10 MINUTES BOBA WILL BE READY, I LEFT AND NEVER ASKED FOR REFUND. BUT THAT OTHER CLIENT WAS REALLY IN SHOCK SHE WAS WAITTING ALMOST 40 MINUTES, SHE TOLD YOU I WAS THE GIRL BEHING THEM) Our staff at Bubble and Co all go to school and make money to support themselves and family. (I WAS WITH MY VETERAN HANDYCAP FATHER STANDING AND WAITING WHILE YOUR EMPLOYEE ROLL EYES FOR SIMPLE QUESTIONS) They have stories behind their faces, and their tiredness may have shown that day.( IF YOU ASK CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND YOUR EMPLOYEES, TRAIN THEM BETTER SO THAT THEY ALSO CAN SHOW MORE RESPECT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.DON'T JUSTIFY ATTITUDES WITH PERSONAL SITUATIONS ) I apologize but attacking them online is not a nice thing to do. Not liking our product is ok, but please leave our staff alone.( REALLY? DONT YOU READ WHAT THAT CLIENT SAY? THEY WILL NO GO BACK AND HONESTLY ME EITHER AFTER READ YOUR NONESENSE REPLY. DONT ACT LIKE CLIENT ARE ATTACKING YOUR EMPLOYEE. THAT'S SHOW YOUR POOR MANNAGEMENT AGAIN, I'M ALREADY THINKING IF YOU ARE EMPLOYEE ANSWERING THAT REVIEW) They were friendly to you, tried their best, and even offered to make your missing order for free.( I DON'T THINK SO, I NEVER HEARD YOUR EMPLOYEE OFFERED THAT CUSTOMER NOTHING FOR FREE OR FIXING YOUR MISSUNDERSTANDING, I JUST READ THIS NONESENSE REPLY AND THIS POOR ATTITUDE WITH A BIG LIE MA'AM. BUT IF YOUR EMPLOYEE TREAT THEM LIKE I WAS TREATED WITH A DISSABLE DAD ALSO WAITTING STAND, SORRY BUT BUNCH OF EXCUSES) Thank you for your understanding.( INSTEAD OF ATTACKING A CUSTOMER WHO DIDN'T LIKE THE SERVICE LIKE MANY OTHERS HERE INCLUDING MYSELF, TRY TO IMPROVE. EXPEND A LITTLE $ TRAINNING THEM MICRO MANNAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.)...
Read moreI spent a solid three hours here--initially to have breakfast, and then I stuck around to get some work done and take a couple of calls. Afterwards, I spoke with both the owner and founder of the business and a partner/manager/chef at Bubble & Co and I genuinely only have great things to say about this place.
They accommodated my custom order requests (I wanted a couple of things changed from the standard option on the menu) with no hesitation. The food was phenomenal--eggs are eggs, but Anthony's passion for cooking really shined through. They grow their own herbs right outside of the cafe!
Bubble & Co also takes an eco-friendly approach with fully biodegradable straws (made from corn - and they don't affect the flavor of the drink). And they of course have non-dairy options: almond milk, soy milk and oat milk, and allow you to customize the sweetness level of your drinks.
Their drinks were great (I got an unsweetened almond milk latte, and the other drink pictured is the salted caramel chiller - which is a blended ice drink). They offered us so many samples without even asking, because they saw me sitting there for a long while.
The decor by Jenn is phenomenal, the place is gorgeous inside. The whole atmosphere makes you feel very welcomed and at home, and so does the entire staff. The woman who took my order brought out samples of my drink so I could confirm that it was just right before she made the entire thing. And the presentation was amazing, I had a dozen people ask me where it was after I shared a photo.
WiFi was available and accessible for free (it's a secured network, and it was as fast as I needed it to be--I had a screen-share call without any hitches). They had a great soundtrack going and the bathrooms were very clean.
Before heading out, I had a chance to speak with both Anthony (partner/manager) and Jenn (owner/founder). Wonderful people. They have a beautiful mission of supporting a charity centered around benefiting victims of acid attacks and fires.
I'll absolutely be back any time...
Read moreOrdered a Taro Milk Tea for my birthday. For one, it's not purple. Two, the lady asked me what "milk" I wanted and I should have changed my mind then. The drink was wayyy to liquidy, it no longer had any flavor, and the texture was GRAINY, like a super watered downed version of the milk in your cereal bowl after pouring lucky charms into it. Was there a sweetness? Yeah, but nothing that made me want to come back to find this secluded place again. The breakfast food items were also subpar, the bubble waffle was MEH, everything was OVERPRICED. My boyfriend got a passion fruit green tea, a croissant bacon egg and cheese sandwich, I got the Taro Milk Tea and a very basic bubble waffle, which cost us $37. We should have just gone to First Watch at that price and gotten an actual MEAL. If a bubble tea place can't make good Taro, then I'd probably advise you take a look around elsewhere. Hell, the malls here have better flavors and prepare the drinks a LOT faster than this place. The lady who runs this place had her preteen daughter playing on her Nintendo switch the whole time we were waiting. Overall, this place is over priced, secluded and hidden, not a lot of seating inside ( outside there are tables and chairs, but it's under a tree where birds and squirrels hang about, so you do the math). There are better spots, check THOSE...
