Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Maitland

Simply one of my favorite ice creams in the area! The great selection of flavors, toppings, and add ons are awesome! The sizes of the items are really good, too. The service is fast, accurate, and friendly. My favorite item so far is the gelati (combination of Italian ice and ice cream) it's a must to try in any combination that you want! You can choose a great selection of ice cream or Italian ice flavor, toppings, and ad ons that will make your dessert flavorful and will make you craving more! My favorite gelati is coconut, and my favorite ice cream flavor is vanilla, but, like I said before, you can make your own with several options of all. The ice cream is so creamy, and the Italian ice it's sooo refreshing that only one visit can't be enough! And one of the really good things to say is that it lasts longer without melts and stays cool for more time!.

I really love this place! I really recommend this place 100% if you are looking for a great dessert on any day...

I went in to Jeremiahs today to redeem a birthday reward I had that had not yet expired. They scanned the QR code but pulled up something on their system that would allow me to reading reward. They refused to redeem the reward even after I presented them with ID. I never apologized for the error and then just walked away from the counter. This is extremely different from the wonderful service I received in the past. Admittedly, I am shocked and disappointed.

Good luck trying to redeem a reward at Jeremiahs, or, at least at this location. They do not seem to care and will just take the next person in line. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE “SERVICE “.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this location. It was a nightmare from start to finish. The hygiene and cleanliness were abysmal – I was greeted by sticky floors and dust-covered shelves. It felt like I was in a place that hadn't been cleaned in years.

The customer service was equally dreadful. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. When I finally did manage to get someone's attention, they were rude and unhelpful. It was as if I was inconveniencing them by being there.

As for the quality of the products, it was a joke. It's clear that this store cares more about cutting costs than providing anything of value to their customers. I wouldn't recommend this location to my...
