This is by far THE WORST Burger King I've ever been to!! The service is slow, slow, SLOW!! The past couple times I went here, I had waited over 20 mins! I went the night before Thanksgiving, I probably got there about a couple mins past 11pm. They were supposed to be open until midnight. When I pulled in,there was only one car at the drive thru speaker, one car at the window. So I pull up behind the car at the drive thru speaker. 10+ mins went by, they still hadn't placed their order. I said screw it, i'll go in. The doors were locked. Went back to the drive thru figured it couldnt be much longer. BIG mistake. Couple mins later that car finally is asked to take their order. They pull up, then I'm sitting at the speaker for 10 mins. No one comes to take my order. By this point, I was ANGRY!! I'm pregnant and I was starving!! I pull up to the window see what's going on. That car that was in front of my mustve gotten their food, cuz they were parked in a spot. I look in the drive thru window a min. Theres no one in there!!! It was about 11:30pm by now. I could not believe the complete lack of consideration or customer service. I was and still am upset. So I'm a glutton for punishment I guess ,cuz I went back last night. Toke over 20 mins to get my food. My fries were old & cold!!! Hows it possible I wait that long and not get fresh food!?! So I'm home and I go to eat one of my cheeseburgers. Well they screwed up royally!! They gave me some nasty looking meat with onion rings and ketchup between 2 hamburger buns. OMG!! I feel so disrespected & robbed!! Read moreOn July 29, 2020 we went through the drive through for lunch. Upon coming to the speaker we asked for a minute to figure out what we wanted. Not 10 seconds later we were asked what we wanted we again asked for a minute to decide. Once ready I began to order and was told to wait a minute. I repeated my order about 3 times until they got it complete. We then waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes before even getting to the window. Once we got to the window we realized that none of the staff were wearing masks per CDC regulations during the pandemic. The few that had masks had them around their chins. This is concerning especially since we are receiving food service. We paid and got our food and the employee at the window was on his phone. I asked for my receipt and he questioned me when I asked for it and gave a sort of attitude. It took another minute for him to print me my receipt again since he had already thrown out my first one without asking if I wanted it in the first place. My biggest concern was the masks. With the pandemic, places should be extra careful especially when providing a food service. Once getting home I went to complete the survey for these same concerns but realized half of the receipt I had was cut off so I am unable to even see the store number to complete the survey, so this is why I am leaving this...

Didn’t even wanna eat his dinner because of it so wasted money and my kid end up being hungry and then what I got that was absolutely disgusting and tasted bad altogether. Just a horrible experience and in the past times, also their food was never good. Their super slow drive-through takes forever inside the restaurant is disgusting and dirty people. There are not very friendly. I seen them on their phones. All the time service is slow altogether just horrible experience. Do not go to this. Burger King.
