I don’t like to give such a poor rating for a coffee and deli place, but we were so excited for this place, given the reviews and recommendations. We came from across country and out of state, specifically for Manchester and their niche cafes. We were sorely disappointed as the place was completely packed (which is usually a wonderful sign for a popular place), but by the time we got to the woman taking our order she was in no mood to deal with life itself! Her attitude was sickening. It’s forgivable, as we have all had our bad days in customer service and we don’t know what we’re going through. Yet as we are patiently waiting, she finally lets me know that they are out of my sandwich and I have to pick something else. I try to pick something else… and she says she’s out of it. I continue down the list of other options. Every time I say something she rudely says “we are out!” in a very condescending way. Mind you… this is in front of a whole line of people and I haven’t had a chance to even think of anything else! I finally get rushed into an option. They eventually call our name. The food was absolutely disgusting. It sat for a good 15 min before we even got it. My soup was cold and the sandwich had nothing on it. And for over 10$ NOTHING! What a joke. I could have made canned soup better than this and gone to a gas station for a better sandwich. We would have had better service. Thank...

I've posted some pictures of the insides and out, including the current hours and a little of their menu. Former Spiral Press patrons can transfer their rewards card(s). I hope they'll post how much their eatables cost, soon. Very nice dining area. Free wifi. Looking forward to trying their intermittent soups which switch places with their mac'n'cheese. There are pre-prepared cold sandwiches and salad plates ready to go from a cooler. Coffees, cookies and pastries. Looking forward to trying their sliced and stuffed...
Read moreThe woman at the counter was absolutely awful. However, she was extremely helpful and friendly to her friends who came in, but that's where it ended. We stood there waiting on one panini to be made for over 15 minutes while watching people who ordered after us receive their food. When my husband decided he'd try to ask Miss Friendly, he was told it takes longer because it is a panini and they will call his name when it is ready; which, would have been fine if not for the tone she used to tell him as much. She then went back to her friends because, apparently, you have to be part of the "in crowd" to be treated like anything more than a peasant by the miserable and condescending woman at the counter. The place would have been great if not for her. Coffee was good, panini was a panini, the service was some...
