My LO is obsessed with CEC. Admittedly, the staff is “familiar” with us, as my LO is here probably weekly (or more 🫣). I will say of all the CEC in the area this one is the best, clean, staff are helpful/nice, the Chuck E will stop and high 5 or hug LOs. Not true of Lowell/Methuen/Everett ones.

I find the games have a great range. There’s stuff for toddlers to adults, but probably the best range from 5-12 for games. I’m surprised by another reviewer saying otherwise.

The trampoline area is small and extra fee. I don’t feel it’s worth the costs, a trampoline park is twice as much with WAY WAY cooler trampoline options/play. I do occasionally do the trampoline for my LO but mostly I set the expectation that we aren’t and if they want to we can go to a trampoline park with arcade games but if they want CEC we can do it without. Mostly LO gets it and is ok when we don’t trampoline.

Recently had my LOs second birthday party here (not 2nd birthday but like we have had 2 of them here lol). I will say of both parties crowd control was disappointing. Neither hostesses nor parents respected the party area by keeping non party goers out. The first time we had one kiddo come in and take a party hat and cup (it was a paper cup so I shrugged it off).

This second time a kiddo came in and demanded an ice cream dots and cake. I felt very uncomfortable and awkward. I looked around for a parent and none in sight. I looked at the hostess who was oblivious. I gently told the kiddo that I didn’t mind sharing but where were their parents (kiddo only responded with I want that one, pointing to the ice cream/cake plate of choice). I again nicely said I can share but I didn’t know them and I was uncomfortable giving a child food without knowing it’s safe/ok with their adult (idk of allergies or how someone might react if I gave their kid food without permission, etc).

Kiddo then said, I’m not allergic and took the plate of cake/ice cream and walked away. I was relieved it was over and hoped an angry adult didn’t come over. She later returned asking for party favors but there weren’t any extras and had been handed out. Kiddo did try and take another guests but the party guest intervened and said it was theirs. 😬

Later I saw kiddo leaving with one of the balloon given out for the party guests as favors and the parent unphased. I personally wouldn’t let my child behave that way, be so intrusive and certainly take things like that, these behaviors I expect from Methuen CEC (because I’ve had similar issues there—someone tried taking my LO card off her wrist—I was like oh he\ no and started coming to Manchester).

Food is basic. I don’t like it but LO does. Do wish employees would enforce parental...

Thank you so much for an awesome Halloween themed day it’s our favorite holiday. We haven’t been back since Covid when Chuck E was hibernating. The smiles from the littles when he came out was absolutely priceless thank you. We had to stay longer to see him again for the dance party. All in all a very good couple hours. Workers were extremely nice and helpful all of them Jerry especially took care of us he was so nice, efficient, and answered all our questions. The pumpkin shaped pizza and all the Halloween themed treats were awesome as well. Love the fact that you can buy the prize too if you don’t have enough tickets. All the picture machines were a bonus too we have so many souvenir pictures. We chose to do the timed cards which I felt was the best deal. The establishment was very clean also. Fun for all ages. My mom and I even bought a card to join in on the fun!! Thank you. With everything being so short staffed in todays world I want to give you guys a shout out for doing a great job. We will be back at some point. It’s a little far for us but I always try to make it a treat when we are in Manchester....

We had our daughters 2nd Birthday day here yesterday which was Sunday the 27th at 11am. I wasn’t that excited for it with all that’s going on but WOW!! First off let me mention ZACK! What an amazing guy. He was the one organizing everything and this guy was absolutely amazing. He was on top of everything but didn’t smother you at all. A++ Zack! Thank you!! Chuck-E give the man a raise! Also for the rest of the staff I just have to say great job. You guys were on top of it all. I saw kids playing games and boom there’s the staff sanitizing the machines when they were done. I didn’t see one staff member sitting around looking at the ceiling. They were all working hard. I literally have zero complaints about yesterday. Not sure her name but the girl who was at the entrance when we showed up at 11AM was the sweetest. With all that’s going on it made my wife and I relax! My daughter had such a blast and parents you know how great that feels! Thank you , thank you, thank you!!! Zack and the Girl at the entrance at 11am special thanks to you 2!! You guys were so nice. I can’t stress that enough. God...

I would give them a 5 star, but 5 ticket counting machines were down on a Friday night!, and I've never been a fan of their food. That being said, I haven't tried it in years so they may have improved. :D Otherwise it is a great place to bring the kids to play for a few hours at a very reasonable price. $30 in play points kept 3 kids playing for 1.5hrs and still had some left over. You can also pay to play by time rather than per game. A new option that we decided not to try this time. With that option you can pause your payed time at convenient locations to save the time during eating and bathroom breaks. I thought that was very considerate! Safety checks are in place to make sure your child/children only leave with the person that brought them. I believe it is the best of it's kind (that I've tried) in the area. Arcade games (brightly lit area), climbing tunnels, food and mascot characters. 😊
