Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester

To start of we were visiting Manchester for a wedding and we decided to get breakfast at Dunkin. We went through the drive through this morning and to begin with, we had to wait a while through drive through and it took a lot longer than what we usually wait in our state but whatever, we decided to wait. Dunkin drive thru was set up differently than how it’s set up in my state so we were confused and thought the station to order the food was a little bit further up and because of that we didn’t order but there’s been times where we have added extra things to our order and there has been no issues. Again, we’ve always received great service in our state. As soon as we get to the window, all we wanted to order was 2 regular coffees, we had said excuse me a few times to let the lady in the black hair know that it was confusing how drive thru was set up compared to our state and first of all, she pretended not to hear us at all. Had her back against us and it’s not like she was taking orders since she was just standing there looking opposite direction. She finally turned around and then proceeded to say didn’t you not order? With an attitude. My dad had just told her two regular coffees and she said she couldn’t take our orders because line was too long. We’ve all had worked in food service before and IT DOES NOT TAKE more than a minute to to prepare two regular coffees or prepare an order of two...

They are always fresh, but that's probably because I'm there right after they're finished being made, lol. The staff is usually pretty friendly, I have some I really enjoy, and some others I do not.. but beyond that, it's dunks. Some of them are horrible, and some are fantastic, and this location, in particular, is damn good. I tend to enjoy everything I get.. and maybe it's just me, but the coffee here is just a tiny bit stronger than it is at other locations, which to me is a good thing ;) it's usually pretty busy there, probably alot to do with the location, but it's always hoppin no matter what time of day it seems. Other than a couple of staff in particular being kind of grouchy some mornings, I think the place is damn decent and I would recommend this location over others in the...

The location was clean enough and the staff were friendly when it came to serving me my food. They didn’t take too long and it all came out good within a reasonable time.

What I had a problem with was the fact that I couldn’t step into the bathroom to wash my hands without surrendering my travel backpack in the lobby full of strangers or with the employees I also have no reason to trust. Excuse me? That’s my property, and I don’t have to leave it with anyone. I had already paid for and picked up my food, so it’s not like I was just coming in to use their bathroom. They made a show about it in front of everyone, too.

Not happy, don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. I’ll be choosing Aroma Joe’s...
