My daughter spilled her drink and we spent $12 on it plus tipâ they didnât even make her a new one! Sheâs on the spectrum so vendors are usually understanding. Not this spot. Neve supporting this business again.
My sister called in and they are making a new drink for us. It was delicious.
Going back to the shop the manager went on and on about how they donât typically make drinks if they spill once they hand them to you. Only if they make the order wrong. Spending so much on a drink they should be able to make new drinks when accidents happen. I wish they were sweeter about it, rubbed me the wrong way. The drink is delicious, but they need better customer service for every one. Not just âwe will only do this one timeâ makes you feel unwelcomed.

Thank you for responding. There was no accent barrier, Iâve lived in the Philippines for most of my life so accents do not phase me. My daughter spilled the drink within the first minute of receiving it. It happened right in the store, near the door. I asked one of your employees to replace the cup and was hoping she would just make a new drink but when I got a half empty cup back I felt defeated and left with my daughter right away. I told my sister what happened, and she called me back 5 mins later and said she spoke to the manager and they were making me a new drink. I was so happy and felt bad for jumping to conclusions. When I came back the manager went on and on about how you have a store policy and they only remake drinks if there is a mistake on their part, that this wouldnât happen again, and pointed at the policy on the partition. I explained that my daughter was on the spectrum and usually vendors are understanding about spills, and she just went on about your policy. My main point is if youâre paying nearly $12 for one drink, and nearly $13 with a tipâ then I simply expect top notch customer service. I didnât expect to be made to feel that this was a one time occurrence and next time you better not spill your drink your you wonât be given the same courtesy twice. I hope this instance teaches your employees and manager to be more helpful to all customers...
   Read moreWARNING!! HORRIBLE POLICY!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have been here before, in 2021. I came back because I had an incredible passion iced tea here. I ordered it again, along with 4 other drinks. I spent $47.00.
So I get the drinks. And 3 out of 5 are OVERLY sweet. I went inside and kindly explained that our drinks were way too sweet. We couldn't even drink them. And I explained that last time it wasn't as sweet. And the response I got was "look at our policy" which was a massively long jumble of words. I ask.. "what does that mean" and they say they WON'T REFUND and WON'T REMAKE the drinks. And they tried to defend themselves by saying the way they make drinks are ALWAYS the same. major eye roll I know it was different. Don't try to tell me otherwise. I wouldn't have came back if they made it the way they did this time.
They said I have to REPURCHASE the drink!! ARE YOU INSANE?! what kind of business is this?!
just an FYI to the owner. When a customer doesn't like the food at the restaurant, they get it comped or get it replaced for free. Don't act like a fool. You care more about your .50 cents to remake the drink. And that says a lot about who you are.
I left the place with my blood boiling. I was so furious!! I can't imagine a place like this will stay in business!
After tossing my drinks in the garbage outside, I came back inside to let them know this review is coming. And that I am a business owner myself and that this was the most despicable customer service I have EVER seen.
And the employee stood there, shrugged their shoulders, and said o well. DONT COME HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! no refunds, no remakes.
TO THE OWNER: you would rather have a one-star review written about your disgusting customer service, and garbage policy than have a happy customer with a five star review. You care about your money more than making people happy. SELFISH!!

I talked to the very nice and polite people that work there, to give this feedback, and I was shown that this drink is made of water and syrup that contains a little bit of seeds, no real fruit.
In fact, the passion fruit flavor is almost nonexistent. Is not bad, itâs refreshing and tasty, but is a cheap fake drink.
This is a $1.50 drink being sold at a premium price of $10 (Rounded up after taxes)
Again great atmosphere, great customer service, but bad product. Iâm not returning there. Iâll keep my business at Corner 17 where they make excepcional boba teas with exceptional flavor and real fruit added.

I love passion fruit, I ate a lot of them in my childhood, and far as I know those are not original passion fruit seeds, generally the seeds contain the actual passion fruit attached to them. My review is honest, because I did felt mislead by whatâs sold in the picture compare to what actually looks like and taste like. The barista did show me the syrup used, so thatâs water with pre made syrup, which we donât know in fact if actually contains any real passion fruit juice, to my taste, it did not and I have an honest review. I have 5 stars for the atmosphere, 5 stars for the service, but 1 start for the product. The barista nicely offered me to re-do my drink, and explained that the red color at the base was due to a different flavor of jelly cubes used, but my complaint was about the lack of passion fruit flavor. When I said that I didnât wanted another and the taste wasnât bad, it was refreshing, but not at all what I expected based on what was advertised to me. I hope this explanation is...
