The manager Phil should be fired. I'm disabled and was managing the best of my ability to hold what I was purchasing. I changed my mind and put something down to get something else. Furthermore I left everything at the register while I ran out to my car to get something that I spoke to the manager about just to be followed out of the store by the manager screaming at me to give him all the pens that I didn't steal that he was accusing me of stealing! I done my entire purse out and you still refuse to apologize and then refuse service and call the police for me to leave the store because I demanded an apology oh well deserved apology for embarrassing me in public like that! I did nothing wrong to be treated that way or deserved treatment as such! That was my first time even shopping in that location n the last! I called corporate and demanded his job hopefully they do the honorable thing and relieve them of his position because God forbid anybody else we treated in such manner that he treated me Do not shop at this location hopefully they close this...
Read moreI will never in my life go to this store ever again for any of my business needs! Highly rude and inconvenient! Did not make any complaints after the first inconvenience. Just went with it as I am a patient person. Now to get a phone call from a rude employee who constantly interrupted me, they sent me to another store way out of my way, proceeded to tell me its that or cancel my order and then I can reorder through another store again an inconvenience. 3 times in less than 3 days. Absurd! The manager did not help at all what so ever and twisted the conversation as to say I was being rude and almost hung up on me and told me to just call corporate. I was warned about using you all but I was giving it a go anyways. Lesson learned and I will 100% continue to spread word of mouth...
Read moreThis review is primarily about how great the store manager was in solving a problem created by Fedx.... I dropped a package to be shipped via Fedx Ground and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, Fedx didn't make the daily stop by the store to pickup the package, which created an urgent problem, because the package needed to be delivered the next day. Fedx customer service was absolutely no help. However, Bill, the Office Depot manager, came to my rescue. He was very understanding and even though Fedx was of no help, Bill upgraded the shipping from Ground to Next Day at 8am which saved the day. I can't say enough good things about Bill, he was amazing. He didn't even charge me the difference for the upgraded shipping....
