Brooke and Courtney are the absolute best! I have been getting my lashes and brows done there for years! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are both amazing! (I know everyone else that goes there agrees 😉) The atmosphere is fun and very comfortable, it is the cleanest and cutest salon (honestly, please come decorate my house 🤩) not to mention the fact that they are THE BEST at what they do! No joke! Brows are waxed and tinted to PERFECTION so much so that I never even have to put product in them, and my lash tint has never faded or irritated my verrryy sensitive eyes! If you have blonde lashes like me I sooo recommend getting your lashes tinted and lifted- it’s life changing 👀 and if you’re a lazy gal like me…or even brow obsessed pleaaasssee do yourself a favor and get the glam brow package!! Giving a bad review because I was forced to purchase a seevice I didn't want when I couldn't handle the lash lift product on my eyes. The way of enforcing I had to get another service because I had already booked was pushy and not nice. I understand I used the business time, but I dont believe this policy is very customer oriented, and in nowadays service level, I prefer to go where I'm prioritized as a customer. I absolutely love visiting Courtney. She is a very down to earth and easy person to talk to. She understands exactly what I want and am looking for after I explain (very poorly) lol. I got lash extensions for about a year and then decided to give those a break. Every single time they looked amazing and had good retention.
