McDonald's — Restaurant in Manchester

This McDonalds has terrible customer service, you must always check and make sure what you purchased is in your bag and that it is correct. Just last weekend I waited 17 minutes for 2 happy meals and only 1 car in front of me at 7:45 pm. My boys fries were cold and we live 10 minutes away and when we got home and I opened them one only had 3 of the 4 piece nugget we ordered. I then had a 5 year old and a 3 year old arguing and upset because I do not get it that often for them. I called they told me they would replace the order at my next visit, I went to do so 2 days later and only to be told they could not do so!! Ugh. Another instance, just this Saturday evening my fiance and I felt like a late night snack and I drove to Manchester at 11:20 pm arrived at 11:30 (the drive thru is open until 12am Friday & Saturday) to sit at the speaker and have no one answer, I drove around d front got out walled around knocking on the doors and also calling the store several times to only have the employees hiding in the store. All lights on inside & outside and their two cars parked in the parking lot. So terrible, just...

I do not like to give bad reviews at all because some places just need a second chance, but today I was really upset at the service and I did not get my food. On my way home from work, I decided to get a breakfast sandwich As there was no line in the drive through. I placed my order and drove up to pay then up to the pick up window. There is where I waited 10 minutes to be told that they had a back up at the lobby and I would need to pull forward and wait longer. Now please don't get me wrong as I am not one of those people to throw a fit but I watched about five teenagers walked by on their phones and goofing around. Now if you have a backup you get everybody working and trying to fix that back up. I told them they could keep my sandwich and give it to.somebody who needed a meal because I could not wait another ten to fifteen minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Driving into Manchester late at night after a long day at work and on the road I just wanted to grab something to eat. I pulled up and was asked to wait to take my order. I waited for more than 5 minutes in the rain with my window open waiting for the server. When I asked again I was told to hold on they were figuring something out and it’d be 30 seconds. I then waited another 2 minutes before asking again. The response was rude and I answered with a profanity and was told I would t be served for swearing. Three guys working just the drive thru and they couldn’t keep a customer from sitting in the rain for close...
