I don’t normally write reviews but felt like this one was necessary. This place has just about the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went through the drive through and the guy started off with “what do you want” and when I started to tell him what I wanted he said- “we don’t have that” when it was on the board and he cutting me off in the middle of my order. So I started with another order and asked for oat-milk and he said “we don’t have that either”, not giving me any sort of options and proceeded to sit in silence for a minute, so I said, “so what do you have for dairy free?” I was about to pull out of the drive through because of his rudeness. I pulled up to the window and he didn’t help me for 2 minutes while I could see him in the back chatting with his colleagues. After that he did not greet me with a smile or anything and asked for a payment. This is about the worst customer service I’ve ever had, and the coffee was really bad. Again I don’t normally do this but I went back through and asked if it could be remade and I was answered by a “k”. I went back up to the window and He handed me the drink and when I started to talk he closed the window and stood there on his phone in front of the window, when all I wanted to confirm was that it was almond milk because of my allergy to regular milk. The second coffee was better I will say but my second time around was worse then the first. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s that do a way better job in their coffee but I will say that I’ve been to very few Dunkin’s where the customer service has been good. This one is the worst of all of them. I’ve worked in customer service and I hope I would have been fired if I treated anyone the way I was. I will not be coming to this...
Read moreCan't even rate them low enough, order a large iced mocha with sugar, shot of espresso and no cream, I order the same way every day. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has their verbiage down pat. The guy says no cream, I said "yeah like no milk" he said okay. Pull up and get handed a literally white barely khaki cup and I immediately said that's wrong, that has milk, he said to me, "No it doesn't have milk" like fooooool. You must literally have jokes at this locations. They "remade it without the espresso shot I paid for or any mocha. Ie, just dumped iced coffee in a new cup. Frustrated and ready to go off on their "manager" that gave me attitude about refunding the coffee they couldn't seem to make, I left. $5 wasted on a coffee not consumed. Thanks dunkin. Giving people lactose or peanuts etc and gas lighting them saying there's none of it, milk etc when you know for a fact there is, in drinks can cause food allergies and lawsuits. Maybe next time I'll record the visit on hidden dash cam for corporate. Like others said, they don't care what you order, you'll get whatever they feel like it. Avoid at all costs. They deliberately mess orders up to see what you'll do. Go to any other locations. It hurts me to say, but go to the Starbucks on this street instead if you cannot go to a...
Read moreI’m not quite sure how one who works in customer service is able to go through their shift, speaking not one word to a customer but there is a younger woman here with an attitude that does. I had gone through the drive thru today with a very simple order. Just a regular hot coffee. I got up to the window and she had an uncalled for attitude. Didn’t even say anything. When she gave me my change and order I said “thank you, have a great day!” Because I thought, I don’t know maybe she just didn’t have anything to say at first. But no. She said not one word back and just looked at me with an attitude. I truly don’t understand why the attitude and such disregard for manners and decency? And it baffles me that she did so in front of numerous coworkers that were behind her just watching. It goes to show that this location has poor management. And I get it, working in customer service can be a pain. I’ve had to too. But I gave her no reason to act in such a way and I truly only wish her well because to be able to act so arrogantly to a random person whose only words said to you were “have a great day” and “thank you” is...
