Unfortunately, I have gotten a bit burnt out on the cookies.. sometimes they're a little too one note and they're just overly sweet.. If you like extremely sweet stuff then they might be for you. Alas I do like some of the non cookie options and wish that they would do even more of them and on a more regular basis! The cheesecakes, the pies, and they've only done one type of cobbler offering but it's one of my favorite things they've ever put out so I really wish they would bring it back and maybe do some different flavors.. These types of items are always my favorite by then because they're obviously dessert They are not incredibly sweet to the point of not being able to eat like any of it. Even the brownies are a bit too sweet for me.. I loved the novelty and the flavor profile of the recent Dubai brownie but unfortunately I couldn't take more than a bite or two because it was just so sweet!

I also have had some issues more recently when I go to get something.. Those sell out of it and then they don't actually reach out to customers that have pre-ordered it or someone will pre-order something and they'll sell it to someone else in store even though the pre-order was put in hours beforehand to ensure that it didn't sell out.. So I've gotten there multiple times after driving a good 15 minute drive to go up there for one item only for them to tell me that 'oh it looks like we don't have it'.. One of the times was a nightmare because I actually ordered two different items then I get there and they told me one of them is sold out and I kept telling me that they could cancel the entire order but they were not able to just refund one of the two items and give me the one that was still available. It was a nightmare and I finally had to say hey can I speak to a manager cuz that doesn't make any sense and they were able to come and get it resolved but I never really got any kind of apology or anything even though I sat there for 10 minutes trying to get this taken care of. So, I wish they would handle customers a little better and some of these ways.

I also think sometimes especially the cookies just don't taste necessarily real.. Like they use a lot of artificial and process ingredients in them and for six bucks a cookie I expect a little bit better.. Even when I get things that the cheesecake or the pies it's still a bit high in price for what you get.. oftentimes I will find something elsewhere but if I have a little extra to splurge I will grab something from crumble when it's one of the top items that I like. Also, I figured I'd mention while I don't enjoy most of the cookies I do have one favorite... I am to say the least disappointment with the customer service that I received tonight. . I was the first person to place my order in front of four other people. Me the only person of color was served last when I inquired about this process. I was told I had to place icing on a cookie which was untrue . I watched three other employees pack and take orders after I had placed my order first. I asked to speak with the manager to express my dissatisfaction. Tammy the manager and the support team could use education . On customer service and common courtesy. Needless to say I expressed my dissatisfaction however not even an apology was given .I asked for a complete refund which was given. This type of service has never been given before my son is a weekly regular. I was very disappointed with the disrespectful and unapologetic behavior that was given. If this is a business that does not treat all customers the same then I will no longer support it. With all that is going on in this world today you would think that common courtesy respect and fair treatment of all people would be a given . There is no room in society for service and people that do not give and treat all people with common courtesy and respect. This is unacceptable behavior for anyone in the costumer service business or any business.I would love to speak with the owner of this...

Go to a different location. The customer service here is horrible. I keep going when this young man works cashier has medium brown length hair and never greets people he just stares at you until you order. Ive never been and he didnt care to help when i told him. The second time i went he mumbled something as I was asking my boyfriend what he wanted and I saw from the corner of my eye him saying under his breath “okay never mind” and scoffed and rolled his eyes. I didnt say anything because I already know hes rude when I come in and I just went again to have my boyfriend and sister try the cookies from this place. As good as they were I’ll never go back to this location again and will tell everyone I know to not go either as long as that employee works there. And he still asked at checkout if we wanted to leave a tip. Thats the clearest I have heard him talk every time I have gone in is when he asks for a tip. My boyfriend was nice enough to tip I personally wouldnt have. If he doesn’t like working there then he should find a job that isnt customer service based.
