I had 2 bad experiences at this location First was the driver marked my order delivered and got to be delivered 25 minutes after the actual delivery frame. Second was last night when I place an order at 5:40pm and and I didn’t get my order until 8:15pm during the time of waiting I called severally to cancelled no one was picking. My kids waited for their dinner for that long I was so devastated I couldn’t put 4 children in the car that evening because my car was not available at that time. Did I mention it was wrong order that was delivered after the time waited and wasted. I called again to let them know that the pizza was wrong order, this time they picked and the lady Elizabeth said she will need to transfer the call to the manager which she did but no one picked. I was so disappointed I hard to quickly made needle for my lil ones at 8.30 because they were crying. At 9pm my car was available I had to go to their store with all my kids and I met with someone who says he is the manager but he didn’t introduce himself he acted as if he was expecting me to give me that huge attitude. He didn’t say a word to me as I was telling him what happened except that he was interrogating me. Eventually no one apologized for the whole experience and dissatisfaction. Read moreTerrible management. Ordered pizza for my staff after a long day they had an evening meeting. It should have arrived around 6:00pm, got delivered close to 7:00pm. When you order it the approximate time is poorly miscalculated. Talked to Kenneth around 6:30pm, he said we were the next stop. I asked how long because if it was another 30 minutes or so it wouldn't be worth it. I explained that I wasn't upset directly at him but the situation but needed a more accurate time frame. He couldn't give it to me or any info of how close (like tell me how far it was from the place before our order) & I asked for a manager. A few minutes later he came back & said she'd tell me the same thing. The manager wouldn't get on the phone to talk to an upset customer? The manager won't support their staff to handle a concern? I submitted an online complaint & expect a response. I worked customer service a long time, I know things happen. It's not Kenneth, it's the management & when I asked for her name, he said "I am not liable to give that information". Unacceptable Dominos, unacceptable.
Oh & after the call, I got a text notification about 15 minutes later saying my delivery driver just left.

Read moreSomething fast before basketball practice. I called to place an order over the phone on April 4th at 2:54. The employee told me that they 5.99 deal was only online now soo, he couldn't take my order over the phone. I checked the Domino's website and it didn't show that the 5.99 deal was offered online. I called back the very next day to speak to a manager at 11:34 am to let him know that his employe didn't want to take my order. The manager said that his employee wasn't incorrect because they don't make any money off that deal it's online now only. I told the manager that when I looked it up it only showed the 7.99 deal online only. The manager then said he would credit my account for 2 medium pizzas for next time I wanted to place an order. I called April 30th to get the credit for the 2 free medium pizzas and the manager on staff said he didn't see it on my account. I explained to him the situation and what the other manager said. He told me that since it wasn't there he could only offer me one. I now have to find another pizza place to eat because they failed to do their job the first time, which was take my order which the employee didn't want to do.
