2022 update: Started going again and it went pretty much like I expected. I have gone 6 times so far and only 2 of the 6 times was my coffee correct. I can’t do it anymore, how can this freaking place be that bad?! How do people get a literal 3 ingredient coffee wrong?! They aren’t brewing it and mixing it like a barista, they are pouring everything together and stirring… I am just going to go to Quick Trip or Race Trac from now on and mix my own freaking coffee.

Good for menu, great doughnuts and really good coffee for the money. If you like turkey then try the turkey sausage egg and cheese flat bread. Their standard breakfast blend coffee has an excellent flavor and good body and is not too bitter. It's a good place to go not just for doughnuts.

update - reduced stars Not sure what is going on lately but the last 2 times I went they got my coffees wrong. I ordered a decaf latte 2 different days for my wife and one day I was given a caffeinated caramel macchiato and the other day I was given a caffeinated latte. Both times I went it wasn't busy at all and I even confirmed with the associate asking "This latte was made with decaf right?" and I was always told "Yes sir, it's even marked on the cup.". I give everyone this cautionary info because my wife is massively sensitive to caffeine (heart palpitations and panic attacks) and both times she was working when I got them for her which completely messed her up and she nearly had to come home from work both days.

I love the coffee and food there a lot but I don't know if I can go back anymore due to this, to me it's not worth chancing giving my wife caffeinated coffee again because of what I can only surmise is carelessness.

2024 update - added stars They have definitely gotten better now, they are more consistent on getting orders right which is a bonus. The food and donuts are still the same, it is just okay. Last night I drove to this Dunkin Donuts location to get my free medium iced coffee as a rewards perk and the service I received here was HORRIBLE! The young ladies working here were so lazy & rude! My daughter & I walked in no one acknowledged us. Apparently we had to order on the kiosk which we did but did incorrectly to get the free coffee so at this point the girl FINALLY decides to walk up to the counter. I inform her that I believe I’ve ordered wrong and can she cancel my order & ring me up correctly? She says “No” that I have to take the drink I’ve ordered/paid for. I explain to her that I came in for the free Monday coffee & she says sorry don’t know what to tell you, I can’t refund you. I ask for a manager she says there is NO manager at nights! Her & her coworker leave me & my daughter standing up there at the counter for 20 minutes while they’re gossiping/giggling in the back. It’s not until another customer walks in & they have to make a drink that they finally decide to come up. Not to mention he’s also by this point asked if there’s anyone there because he’s also been struggling to order on the kiosk for at least 10 minutes at this point. The young girl that comes up says you’re drink has been ready. I’m appalled & explain to her that I don’t want the drink I want a refund! This location SUCKS & their employees SUCK! If I could have given ZERO stars...

I will never patron this establishment again. Each weekday morning, I stop by at 6:35AM to get my daughter a cup of hot chocolate before taking her to school. We used to go through the drive-thru but the wait time is ridiculous so we started walking in the store instead. Today, we went in and were not even acknowledged for the first 5 minutes. There was only one employee and she was working the drive thru only. When I asked her for service, she came over to tell me that she was the only person working and that I had to wait until she took the drive thru orders. REALLY??? I asked her if she could alternate between the drive thru and the folks in the store (at this point there was a line forming behind me). She told me NO and was very rude. I then suggested to her thati guess I can't get service unless walked back out, got in my car and went through the drive thru. She told me "that's what you should do". When I asked for her manager's name, she told me she was the manager. This location is fairly new in Mansfield and is very convenient. I will not give them another dime and will instead drive out to the Arlington location where the service is professional, friendly...
