I am writing to express my frustration with my recent experiences at this location, as my orders have been repeatedly prepared incorrectly—over six times now. For my most recent order, I requested a Club Supreme, which is supposed to include roast beef, turkey, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I specified a substitution of mustard for mayo and added jalapeños. However, the sandwich I received only had ham, no lettuce, and an excessive amount of mustard.
When I called to address this issue, the person who answered stated, “I remember that order; you didn’t ask for that, you just asked for mustard and jalapeños.” I know it is possible to watch the sandwiches being prepared, but since I had two other sandwiches being made, I stepped away momentarily.
I believe the customer service in this instance was handled poorly. Mistakes happen, but they should be met with accountability and professionalism. I would appreciate it if the staff were better trained to ensure order accuracy and to address customer concerns respectfully.

After one of the employees only brought me one, I informed him that I ordered and purchased two. The man at the meat slicer (not sure if he was the manager) began to yell at me in front of other customers that I only ordered one. I had to tell him twice that I'd already paid for two and that I did in fact order two subs. He continuously argued with me and finally stopped. I was embarrassed and upset as a paying customer. Then we were told the internet was not working so we couldn’t pay with card & the girl preceded to say “I can turn the screen to show you if you want” The manager was hiding around the corner didn’t acknowledge the situation either. We understand things happen which is fine, but how you handle it is important. Customer service is trash and there was nothing funny about the situation, but the workers there thought it was.
