Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Let me start out by saying, this was horrible. Always ordered from here before, with seldom an issue. This time was much, much different.
I ordered a pizza online at 740pm, no big deal (06/26/15), trying to get the kids fed with something other than the "usual". Put my order in, no problem,
Around 810, the driver gives me a call and says, "I'm at the location given, and it seems to be the wrong one". Long story short, I ended up giving the guy my billing address, instead of where I really wanted it delivered. No big deal right? Driver lets me know that he will just put it into his GPS and head on over. The difference is under 2 miles and either delivery address would have been within the zones for the store.
8:40 rolls around and I get tired of waiting outside for the Pizza man, longer story short, I call to find out what is going on. While speaking with the manager, I learned a few things.
It was my mistake not theirs. (Granted this is correct, but rarely are customers told so) 2.My card was voided out at 8:25, 15 minutes before I called. 3.The driver didn't inform the manager that he would deliver it to the other location, and therefore the manager insisted that I was incorrect. The manager could not make contact with his driver to verify our previous conversation, because he was on the road, delivering pizzas. I was told by the manager "It isn't our mistake, it is yours" minimum of 5 times.
The initial problem was obviously my mistake, and I let the manager know that as well. My problem stems from the driver telling me he would drop the pizza off, and BLATANTLY doing the opposite. Not even calling me when my card was voided out, and the Manager being a complete jerk, unwilling to believe me. I shouldn't have to argue with someone on the phone over a he said she said, when I'm attempting to pay you for a service. If you cannot bring the pizza, then do not say you can.
Sadly, we will NEVER order from here again.

Read moreIf there were a way to leave no stars, I would. I called this store at the corner of Matlock and Debbie lane to ask why I couldn't get the website to take my order. The app wouldn't allow me to add items to the cart so I asked the young person(wouldn't call her a lady) that answered the phone if she could honor the same price since all I wanted was a thin crust pepperoni pizza and she told me the price would be way more. I asked her why they couldn't honor the price online since the website and app wouldn't allow me to order it and she had the audacity to say to me, "Calm down ma'am, you're being rude" WTH. What! I was in shock. Are you seriously going to tell a customer to calm down and tell them they're being rude because you think you're on a phone. I live less than a mile from that location and have bought from there numerous occasions and I will NEVER order from there again. I hung up on her then called the other store that's almost as close and the guy that answered the phone gave me the same price since I couldn't place my order online and he did it with a professional demeanor.I don't know who manages that Debbie lane location but my mother was a Regional manager (market coach) for that Pizza Hut for over 30 years and she would have fired that young lady on the spot. You do not talk to people like that. She needs to find a job wherein she has no communication with customers at all. Read moreLast night I encountered the RUDEST employee ever at this location (Paula) or at least that what she told me her name was she didn’t have a name tag on. I placed an online order just before 11pm last night for delivery. The website advised me that the order had to be over $12 for delivery, so I added more items. The order was accepted and the delivery tracker advised the order would be delivered at 11:16. Well after 11:20 I decided to call because the order was still showing in the getting prepared state. I decided to call the location when I encounter this rude employee Paula, I began to inquire about the order delivery explaining what the online system was showing me. Paula go on to say we are not delivering your order, I asked so were you going to call and tell me that. She goes on to say NO I WASNT GONNA CALL YOU THATS NOT MY JOB I DONT NEED TO CALL YOU. WE DONT DELIVER THE LAST HOUR OF THE NIGHT. I said well the order is showing that it’s still pending your completion before delivery. She continued to be rude and didn’t want to hear nothing I was saying. I ended the call and drove up to the store. I enter the store and begin to explain myself once again and show the employee what I was seeing on my end, which she DID NOT CARE!! She went to say that’s not my problem we don’t deliver in the last hour so you have to pick it up.
