If i was able to give -1 star i would. The young ladies who work here knows nothing about any of the products they sale and were very soft spoken. When asked a simple question about a certain tea, they gave me the "deer in headlights" look. Then they proceed to hand me the container of lose tea, I hope they do not allow everyone to touch and or place their faces over all the teas. They did not seem to interested in serving us, they were busy gossiping. I had to say "excuse me we are ready to order" even though they was standing directly in front of us. I believe if you work at a coffee or tea house your should be knowledgeable of all our products and able to answer any questions or concerns. And what happened to good costomer service??? I had purchased the turmeric green tea. It was not bad! Family member who was with me really liked the bubble tea. But due to the staffs lack of interest for the customers and their major lack of knowledge for any of the products we will...

We had never ordered bubble tea and the staff was not able to answer our questions well. Our drinks went from $4.75 to $7 each despite only ordering off the board that said $4.75. We picked peach boba with milk tea and strawberry boba with milk tea. Those were the first two steps and the third step said now choose your add ons. We chose only from the first two steps. I questioned it and the staff couldn’t really answer it and said it was because we got the boba and the milk tea-again those were the options on the board we chose from when picking your tea and it didn’t say it cost extra. The drinks were made, my son wanted to try it so I paid it, but not happy about the confusion and deceiving boards. If you don’t know what you are ordering this is not the place to go. Me and my aunt went here for the first time to get bubble tea. I can't remember what she got but I got a green tea with strawberry bubbles. It looked nice and the first few sips were okay and when I shook it up a bit to mix it a bit better it didn't really taste that great and the bubbles didn't either. The matcha cookie was good though. Honestly I might go back because there's still a lot of things I haven't tried and I like trying new things. I'm just saying what I thought about (ONE) drink not all of them.
