Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Manteo

Update 5/2022 Pizzahut has been hot and tasted great everytime I've ordered, it is to bad that even with season going on now that they and most places to eat aren't open after 9pm..some sooner than that.. I understand that the businesses can't get help, but in regards to price it's a good deal,,if ordering online you save much more than inside or on the phone, and if your smart you get a online pizzahut account, I can't tell you how many pizzas I've got for free with my points..so great incentive, the young ladies at the window are always friendly and helpful..I think only 1 time did I have my pizza overcooked,, but now I just request it to be cooked lightly and finish it in my oven..and as well be particular with toppings,, I've had my grandkids and myself once get sick after eating a pizza with my side, bell peppers & the kids from the sausage and the mushrooms, but sadly it seems that happens more with toppings everywhere than I've ever known since Covid?? I stick with cheese pizza, and it's great ' hot always and I'd definitely recommend ordering online for a easy dinner, don't forget to tip at the window as well.. I know there paid more,but not that much more and there losing money in tips because most customers order instead of dining in.. so again, especially if your a local you should know to anyway.. visitors please keep that in mind as well, and I know they will also appreciate it.☆☆☆☆ ..Update" 9/4/21 From a local I have to say,, thank you to all who do such a great job, because I'm immune compromised and going thru treatments, I can't go in, and I need to be careful,, I can't think of 1 takeout order I've done in the last year that hasn't been good, for your hard work and even during the busy summer season, I want to say,, thank you.. I go in for surgery next week and may not have my favorite pizza,, but I look forward to recuperating and seeing you again,,take out window, you are always awesome, friendly and smile on your face..it goes a long way, and for those who may not, don't forget to tip,they work hard for you...and deserve it more now than ever.. 2020"" * Pizza hut to go is so much better than inside the restaurant, my food has always been ordered online, great deals, pan pizza , breadsticks great, the honey barbecue boneless chicken wings tasted a bit off, and though I can't swear it, I'm pretty sure the stomach issue I had a couple hours after eating was from them, so dont recommend the wings, but the pizza was hot delicious and breadsticks as well, even better the customer service was great, the lady in the window is always so friendly, good spirited and makes the drive thru a nice experience .. so I definitely recommend the Manteo Pizza Hut, to go.. and thank you to the awesome employee in the window who always has a smile...

It took them 20 minutes to cook this crapp my bread Sticks were really hard There was hardly any Parmesan on them and they weren't even cut it was just one big piece of bread. I Paid $20 for the pizza asked for pepperoni olives banana peppers And bacon there was Like 10 Olives on the whole pizza the bread was really doughy Couldn't even taste the bacon there Was hardly any on There, the banana peppers were really lousy on it to some of pieces didn't even have Any on it. Regardless Of the extremely Lousy toppings the pizza was pretty good I also got a order of wings that the skin Was still almost Raw On a few of them after I Toasted them they were good to. They also charged me for the ranch and my other 2 dipping sauces When the wings are supposed to get at least one, so after all that I ended up paying about 35$. They definitely Closed down the wrong Pizza Hut on the obx in nags head/kitty hawk they should have closed the one in Manteo! Needless to say I will not be going back to the Pizza Hut in Manteo for a long time, they have...

DONT CALL TO PLACE ORDERS I called to place an order. After holding for 2 minutes I got a man on the phone that sounded like he was in a call center. He confirmed my number, name, address of the Pizza Hut, but once he finished his sentence I had to cut him off and ask if I could place an order please, because I have a limited time frame. He did not say anything so I said I just was a personal pan with pepperoni. He told me my order was placed and it was $9.07 and abruptly hung up. I got to Pizza Hut told them my name, number, and what I ordered, and they said they don’t have my order. Also, turns out a personal pan only costs $5. Very poor service and will never return to any Pizza Hut location . No reason to wait on the phone 5 minutes to order a kids pizza and them not even have the order placed because the man was upset I cut him off on the phone (extremely unprofessional) HIGHLY DO...
