I called in tonight after finding out they delivered to our hotel until midnight. I work the front desk so people are constantly asking if places deliver here. Every time we send someone your suppose to get a "Front Desk Card" and when you collect 6 you can get a free medium pizza. Some cards say valid only on carryout and some say complimentary pizza delivered to front desk. So I asked the driver that was here and he said as long as we tip them they'd bring it out. So I called the store and tried to place and order with a person by the name of Scott. He said that these cards only work for carryout, I explained that his delivery driver was here and said it shouldn't be and issue. Even tho some of the cards say they can deliver. They just didn't want to do any work since it was 1/2 until closing time. I have 30 of these card and I should have more since today alone I sent two customers their way and the last couple times the drivers haven't given me anything. The Scott was extremely rude and unprofessional and so I said forget it and that I wouldn't be giving out their menus to customers anymore. I'll just start sending them else where. The worst part of the whole matter was them sending someone up here with two pizza's over a hour later because they felt bad. I turned him away because I'd already eaten and I don't understand how he'd know what type of pizza I'd like since I never even got the chance to place the original order. 9:48. I ordered a pizza online for carryout. 9:57. The website said that the pizza had been prepped, made, and cooked, now ready for pickup. 10:05. I get to the shop. There are two other customers at the counter. The first customer was given the wrong pizza... twice. The next guy was given the correct pizza, but he came back a few seconds later because he hadn't been given his sauces. I am told that my pizza will be ready in a minute, so I sit down. 10:30. I ask a second employee about my order. He tells me that there was a large order placed right before mine, so it's been delayed. 10:56. A third employee (it sounded like he was a manager) approached me, and said there had been some mistake with my order. He would make the pizza right away and void the payment. 11:04. I finally get my damn pizza.
Delays happen. Mistakes happen. But if the website did not say that my pizza was fully completed and ready for pickup, I would not have had to waste an hour of my time sitting...
Read moreI made an order from the Domino's that I normally order from that the online ordering system automatically places me too. It was then canceled and I received a phone call from the store. An extremely rude male was on the other line saying that they can't process the order because it's one and a half miles out of the service area. I told them that they have been delivering to my area and nobody has said anything ever. They canceled my order already inconveniencing me instead of transferring it to another store not only that but I used points for a free pizza and now I have to wait for a refund on my card and hope that the points that I received for a previous messed up order from Domino's gets refunded. At this point I ordered from Jets and will no longer be ordering from Domino's I suggest somebody calls this Maple Grove store and reprimands the person who was working this evening and perhaps teaches them about customer service when they speak to individuals on the phone.
