We now drive to Maple Grove to enjoy P.F. Chang’s menu. We were sad to see the mall at Edina make changes that impacted that location being open. But it is worth the drive. The décor is in lovely oriental style with tables, booths, and bar seating dining options. The Chef’s Feast is a good deal. My mom grew up in China, so being able to order signature Asian, Thai, Korean, Japanese, Mongolian, and Chinese food dishes is important to us. For at least 12 years, the Chicken Lettuce Wraps (wonderful peanut sauce), and Chicken Pad Thai have been among my personal favorites. The veggies are nice and fresh. This time, I ordered the Mongolian Trio, and mom had the Crispy Honey Chicken. Both were excellent, as well as the Egg Drop soup for our starter course. The brown rice was perfectly prepared. The Mongolian Trio had only a few shrimps, some chicken and was mostly beef. While the flavor was excellent, it has a bit of a “pasty” taste if you try warming up left-overs the next day. Seems like too much cornstarch is used in the sauces. The service was great. The potions are of fair size. It is also easy to order online for sushi delivery and also for pick-up. For individuals who have dietary preferences, they have multiple gluten-free and vegetarian entrees on the menu. We’ve been fortunate to gain parking near the door in a free space. You may want to come early during the prime-time dinner hour to get parking. Highly recommend!

This was our 1st P.F. Chang's experience. It wasn't a bad experience. We were seated quickly during lunch. Our waiter was fast with taking our order. We didn't have to wait long for our food. We didn't like the choice of music. The music was more fitting for a club setting. For an appetizer, we ordered chicken lettuce wraps. One puts the wraps together at the table. It comes with a small bowl of dipping sauce. I had Wonton soup. The Wontons aren't stuffed. The meat (chicken and shrimp) and water chestnut are floating around in the broth with bits of seaweed. The wonton soup has a good flavor and has a bit of a kick to it. For my main dish, I enjoyed the Orange Chicken bowl. The orange chicken has a bright flavor to it. It is also slightly spicy. I wish the chicken had more of a crunch to it. The breading was on the soft side of things. One gets to choose white, brown, or fried rice. I had chosen the fried rice. The rice was alright. It was lacking in eggs. Which may or may not be due to the current egg prices. My lunch date had a Kung Pao Chicken bowl. My date thought it was packing a lot of flavor and a bit of heat. And if he had known it was breaded chicken, he would've chosen the shrimp. For drink, I had the ice tea, which was nice. And my date was pleased with his hot, green tea. The hot tea is served in a traditional Chinese tea pot with a small tea cup without a handle. : )

The hostess, Lena, was kind and considerate. Willing to accommodate my seating as needed. Chloe, the server, was respectful and well-spoken. Not afraid to ask questions when she was unsure to make sure my experience was satisfactory. The non-alcoholic option had 0.5% which was too high for me. Hence sprite tonight. The lettuce wrap was a perfect blend of crunch and nutty aftertones. The egg drop soup was deceptively hearty and had just enough spice to not overwhelm you while it settled and melted in your mouth. The sweet and sour chicken with brown rice was a terrific melody of tangy sauce, juicy fruit, crisp vegetables, and chicken cooked just enough to seal in the juices and still fall apart in my chopsticks if I put just enough pressure on them. The manager seemed kind and jumped from front of house and back of house. Helping when there was a significant need. The portions were generous and I'd suggest at least a party of two. They do state right on the menu that everything is family-size and meant to be shared. Unfortunately for my waistline, I couldn't stop eating the delectable from-scratch kitchen and well-prepared and displayed bounty. If you're on your 3rd date, celebrating an anniversary, or just want to treat the family, P.F. Chang's cuisine and service are more than worth the price.

SO DISAPPOINTED! Had a reservation for 9pm. Originally we wanted 745 but we were told it was at least a 45 minutes to an hour wait for a table. Which was fine until we arrived and seen the restaurant was nearly empty at 845. So the hostess brings us to the table gives us drink menus and tell us the waitress will be right with us. She takes our drink order and returns with waters for us all. She then asks if we were ready to order... Well first of all no, because none of us were given menus. The waitress bring us menus and eventually we order. That's when the real issues began. Received the three orders of appetizers we ordered. Chicken lettuce wraps and two orders of the spareribs. They came out of the kitchen cold or at about room temperature. Waited a while and eventually our entree's came out. Two orders of crispy honey chicken and a order of Chang's chicken. Which also came out at about room temperature. Not ok for the prices and supposed quality of what the food is supposed to be. The table sitting behind us also said their food was ice cold. Their bill was adjusted. We didn't say anything just packed out cold leftover's and went home disappointed knowing that a 40 year of microwave could've heated my food better. Nothing was fresh, hot, or crisp as the chicken most definitely should have been freshly fried and crispy like it says in the name. We over heard the waitress telling the other table as we were leaving that the "kids in the kitchen cook a bunch of extra food during peak dinner service time, and the rest is left to sit." So altogether for our meals without drinks we paid around 140 dollars for a meal that had been apparently sitting in a warmer in the back since 7 o'clock. Honestly that's f*cking disgusting. I could've had better food at any Chinese takeout or Panda Express for 1/4 of the cost. I had to ask for menus that weren't brought, had to ask for silverware which was never brought. I might as well have went it the back and cooked it myself. Probably one of the worst dining...

We went because it was my husband's birthday. My food was excellent! I ordered a shrimp dish and I think it came with over 20 good sized shrimp!! It came with regular white rice which I'm not a fan of so I substituted vegetable fried rice which was fabulous too. I absolutely love sake and I ordered a warm sake for myself! I was completely satisfied with what I ordered and I would give it a 10+++ I had enough for leftovers for two meals. My husband's meal as he said when I asked him what was so I could review it? His reply was, nothing much to comment about! We asked if they did anything for a birthday like a special treat and they said No! So we had to order our own dessert and then they dug around and found a sparkler and put it in a wine bottle and brought it out when they brought out our dessert that we paid almost $14.00 for. No happy birthday, no nothing just a dud, what a let down for my husband! A table of 4 came on while we were eating and got so much attention while they were sitting by us it was ridiculous!

For service I gave it a 1 for because they sat us next to the window. My feet get so cold with them sitting on the floor, but I was so cold sitting next to the window. There were empty booths that were up off the floor where my feet would be off the floor and away from the window. All these were empty as most of the restaurant was because we arrived at 4:00 pm. When asked to be moved they said No! Their reasoning was that all of these booths were assigned to other waitresses coming on at later times. What a stupid excuse for not moving us!! They could have just given our table to the other waitresses and exchanged our table! My mistake was not asking to speak to a manager. I sat through the entire meal freezing instead of really enjoying my meal! On top of it she hardly checked on us to see if we needed anything we had to flag her down for any help we needed. Considering there were only 2 tables in the entire restaurant when we started and 4 when we left they were lucky I...

My review doesn't even deserve 1 star, but that's not an option! My family of 4 went there for dinner on May 20, 2025, and it was a horrible and disappointing experience! We were greeted and seated right away (thank you to the kind Asian host at the door), and then NEVER got helped afterward! We patiently waited for a waiter to come by, and not even one helped us... no napkins, no water, no hello!! The place wasn't even busy, but we were the only non-white family in there! After waiting 10-15 minutes, I started observing these waiters and noticed that they were helping new customers, who were white, that arrived way after us as soon as they were seated. A male waiter, who didn't look white, and a white female waiter with highlighted red hair glanced at us from a distance but never came to our table! After 20 minutes, we left! Before heading out, the Asian host thanked us for coming, so I calmly told her that we never got help... not even a drink or hello from any of the waiters. We waited for 20 minutes and then left after seeing two white families that had just arrived get help by 2 different waiters! She seemed shocked and then apologized.

This was only our 2nd time at this place. The first time was several years ago, and the food was not the greatest. We only went back b/c a person in our party had never eaten there. This will definitely be our last time, and we will tell everyone not to ever support this location!

The most devastating thing about this was our innocent 4 y.o. child experiencing this racist treatment! As adults, we face racism regularly and could handle this, but a little 4 yo doesn't understand. She was hungry and just wanted to eat like any other time that we dine out! We ended up dining at a different restaurant next door (with superb service) and had to pass that place on our way home. She said, "Never to go back to that restaurant with a big white horse!" I asked why, and she said because they...
