Don’t shop here! Terrible customer service. I was visiting from out of town and bought $300 worth from here. One of my items were $88 pants. Got home from vacation, 3 weeks after shopping here, went to put in the pants and they still have the sensor on the pant leg. Called the boutique and they offered to have them sent back to have the sensor taken off and resent to me or just send them back and they will refund my money for the pants. I said I would just send back and get a refund. I have been trying to get ahold of them since via phone and email and it’s been 2 1/2 weeks and now the manager and owner said “sorry there is nothing we can do, it’s been over 30 days.” Cool!! I love buying $80 pants that have a sensor on them and can’t wear. And it’s been 30 days now since I bought them because they have not responded to a call or email. How convenient!!!...

Went in to shop for Mother’s Day and found a couple dresses I liked. I tried them on and went to purchase. I asked about their return/exchange policy because I like to try things on at home and get a second opinion from my husband or a friend. I was told there is no return on dresses even with tags attached. She then went on to say “I’ll tell you why. The owner is a 23 year old and girls come in to buy dresses then return them after wearing them.” I was completely put off by the explanation. I don’t care that the owner is 23 years old and what does that have to do with a return policy? Customer service is strange here. I do not want to make a $200 purchase knowing I can’t exchange for a different size or return if I change my mind. That being said, I walked out. Too bad for them, you lost a good...

I loathe clothes shopping—it’s basically my arch-nemesis. After striking out at a few other shops in Arbor Lakes, I was ready to call it quits and go home in defeat. But then I decided to make one last stop at Sorted Boutiques—and thank goodness I did! Not only did I leave with the perfect outfits for my conference, but I also gained some new gal pals!

Megan and Sofia were absolute rockstars—so helpful, so kind, and honestly just so much fun to shop with. These young women impressed me with their grace, charm, and beauty.
