Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Maple Heights

First time and last time at this location, got there at 11:30am and the sign says that they open at 10:45. Doors were locked. The people working inside kept looking in my direction several times and after about five minutes a girl came to unlock the doors. I then had to wait again for someone to make my order, no fajitas and the rice was ice cold like it had been just taken out of the refrigerator. I asked for guacamole on the side and the girl went in the back and in the meantime another girl rang me out and charged me for guacamole. The original girl came back out and said "We have no guacamole" after I was charged for it. The girl who rang me out was clueless and just shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry" and I informed her that I was not going to pay for something that I never received and that I needed the guacamole taken off my order and she goes to get the manager who took forever coming out and he reversed the $2.65 charge on my credit card. I purchased a chicken burrito bowl and a steak burrito bowl and they marked the lids wrong so I wound up with the steak bowl and took a couple bites before I realized what it was, I don't eat red meat. Rice was awful, ice cold and in general both bowls were not good at all. I will not be returning to...

So, this restaurant at this location maybe better if the manager knew how to be professional and not rude. As I was ordering my food she was first behind the counter making rude looks and faces soon as I stepped up to order she came from around the counter cut the line coming up behind us making slick comments and being rude about portions she stated you can just go somewhere else. Telling me and my sister to leave as we were getting the food made. After I tried to speak to her telling her there is no issue she continued to roll her eyes make snooty looks, raise her voice, and flicking her hand ushering us to leave. Which was wrong she then start saying she was gone fight if we don’t. Posted up and everything as did I there was a tall boy that came in between and tried to get her to calm down she continued I ended up leaving due to her being rowdy plus the way she was acting and the fight that was about to happen. She was completely unnecessary with the drama and extra bs she was on. As we about to go back cause we were really hungry the guy said yall are not welcome back in and she is the manager she said she don’t want yall in here n etc. if it wasn’t for my sister and that boy yesterday we would’ve been in cuffs. They disturbed my entire taste...

Placed my order thru the app and arrived at the chipotlane window for pickup the Girl was rude and aggressive when she opened the window i asked for vinigarette and she aggressively said we dont have any then i said the side of guac i paid for isnt in the bag and again rudely said we dont have guac so i asked how to get a refund since i paid via the app she said i dont know you will have to figure it out. Fed up with her nasty attitude and aggressive demeanor i went inside and asked for a manager when the manager came to the counter she stood right beside her with her hands on her hips rolling her eyes and moving aggressively like she wanted to fight. The “Manager” who looked related to her laughed and told her to walk away and then proceeded to try to give a weak apology for the behavior. I am so glad i have enough emotional intelligence to not meet people where they are when they act ignorant but I will never frequent this place again. It needs new management, employees and standards just having a new building...
