Ordered in the drive thru and after sitting at the open window listening to the workers complain about their job i was told to pull around. I asked for no ice in my drink the cup was full of ice 1/4 soda. So i went inside to fix the soda myself; food was thrown together and fries were hot but tasted like they had been sitting out. Also i asked for ranch at the window, the manager pulls some out slams the down on the countwr and gives us our order 6 minutes later with NO RANCH. So disappointed Burger King used to be my favorite fast food. If you hate your job just quit and work somewhere else...
Update 8/21/2022* Came back to this burger king to give them another chance as I was on this side of town. I did a customized mobile order and everything was correct and fresh/hot! The customer service improved as well and i was in/out of drive through and got my food in less then 4 minutes. Im glad to see that they are putting an effort in improving service.
update 8/2025 * Been back to this location multiple times to see the downfall again. Today's experience brought me to make another review and update my 4 star rating to 1 star. I only come now for the cheap food off mobile app and get bare minimum. My order today was missing food and cold. The lady that handed it to me looked bothered I didn't already have my window down ready to grab my cold food in 105 degree heat. Sorry I have my A/C on not gonna sit in the drive thru window down in Arizona. Fast food has become a joke idk why I come here. Stupid too I just wanted a chicken wrap and free French fries. Since the order is $0.01 short needs $3 min order for free fry (used to be $1 min) now I had to get the cheesy tots. Only got 3 cheesy tots which were cold and gross. BRING BACK THE CHEESY JALEPNO BITES AND LEARN TO COOK...
Overall bad experience. The only saving grace was the new girl. I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt since the lunch rush was killing the kitchen. A small delay in orders to give the kitchen time to catch up is understandable. 10 minutes with out any work is running the ragged edge of impoliteness. A few guests decided to not wait to order. The new girl however took the time to assure us that they kitchen was working hard and even asked the Manager if she could take our order.
The manager to her to not take our order within earshot of everyone. She should have taken the new girl to the back and given her the answer. I understand things are busy but you never admit that infront of guests. You always maintain a front of control even if that's not the reality. As an ex restaurant worker I was understanding that the kitchen was swamped but when the Manager ordered the new girl to not take our order but never came to tell us guests anything, that I am not able to condone.
On top of that we were not informed that there would not be any ability to get a refill of drink during our stay. If that was the case, we should have been offered a larger cup while being informed that we would not be able to get a refill. Again I understand there is a pandemic going around but that does not excuse Managerial staff from being polite or thinking about guest needs in advance.

Ordered 2 ham egg and cheese croissants with 4 sausage egg and cheese croissants and a large hashbrown. The lady who gave us our food tipped one of the bags over on the counter and our hash browns spilled out and she just said there you go have a nice day! So the large hash browns went to a medium super quick. She didn’t even offer to pick them up off the floor my baby daddy had to and he threw them away and she didn’t offer to replace them. We were very adamant about our bad customer service on our previous visits and the guy assured us there would be no problems. We get the order to go so we get home and GUESS WHAT. We didn’t get any of our ham egg and cheese croissants!!!! I called the store to inform them of what happened and you know what the guy ended up not believing what I said and told me he would have to review the cameras. THEN he proceeded to tell me to come back with the sandwich’s and I said NO we already told you about our horrible experiences with you guys. The guy put another associate on the phone a female who asked me what the problem was. I said are you freaking kidding me we are not giving you our money anymore and I ended the call. I am a store manager for an entirely different company and this is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! I would not hire any of them to work...
