Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Marana

Me and my wife are common customers at this specific Little Caesars location. We decided that our lunch of choice for today was going to be a quick and easy Little Caesars pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza, crazy bread, marinara, and 2 garlic butters. When i got a confirmation email informing me my order was ready for pickup i entered the Little Caesar’s expecting a hot and ready order. my order was not yet ready for my pickup so I patiently waited until it was. When i received my order I quickly realized my pizza was cold by the temperature of the box in my palm. I proceeded to examine my items and next realized my marinara was not even half full and appeared watery. when I entered my vehicle I took a peak at the crazy bread and quickly noticed that my crazy bread was completely over cooked. The color on the bread was a color i’ve never seen crazy bread before. Despite the unappetizing appearance of the “crazy bread”, I opened my half full “marinara” and dipped a crazy bread into it and took a bite. The “marinara” had no actual taste of marinara but tasted just like some tap water with a small amount of seasoning. At this point I am extremely disgusted with the results of my order. When I arrive home I can only hope that the actually pizza itself will be satisfying. I open the box and can see a clear issue with the colorization of the exterior of the pizza. I grabbed a slice of room temperature pizza and gave it a try. More than half of my slice of pizza had no visible or edible sauce. This food service is not only disappointing but disgusting. I truly hope that these numerous issues are resolved before...

Went in earlier to pick up an order for delivery, when I got there, there was three people waiting in line. After I had arrived, about 4 other people joined in line. There were two females there working. You could tell they were under staffed but they were extremely rude. They ignored everyone walking in and those already waiting for help. Some people left because we weren’t being helped. The young woman with the dark hair started helping people with an attitude. Came off super unprofessional, even for a fast food joint. If either of them would greet people when they walked in, or even just let us know they were behind and we would be helped soon, it would have been a better atmosphere and visit. Will never order or take a delivery from here again. This happened about 3:10pm on June 2, 2025. What made me even more frustrated is that the food I was there to pick up was sitting there ready but I was waiting for them to do other things before I received it. (Especially because I don’t get paid to wait for food, I only get paid while delivering the food/driving.) I’ve worked in fast food and managed fast food and I would never let my employees...

I placed my order for one extra most bestest pepperoni pizza at 6:02. I was told the wait time would be 6-7 minutes. As I stood waiting, multiple customers came in. Some left after waiting for several minutes, because no one was working at the counter. I watched an employee throw away several pizzas from the oven, and then I heard him ask for help. At one point, there were three employees pulling pizzas from the oven, cutting them, putting them in boxes, and the putting them on a shelf (not under a heat lamp). After waiting for 35 minutes, and watching several more customers walk in and then walk out, I got the attention of an employee and asked about the status of my order. The employee asked for my name, and then grabbed my pizza off the shelf. I do not know how long it had been sitting on there (not under a heat lamp). There was no apology. There was no offer to make the situation better. One of the employees should have been calling out customer names as they boxed the pizza, rather than only putting it on a shelf.
