Absolutely, worst dining experience of my life. These people will steal your money, not answer your phone calls. They'll tell you. They don't have a GM on top of that. The worst thing of all is that and them not knowing that I understand Spanish. They made multiple racist comments about me to where. At this point, I'll be calling the Attorney General's office. For the state of Arizona, as well as the labor board for the state of Arizona, as well as my different veteran benefit platforms that I have because it was just absolutely unheard of that in Uber a month, I've called 12 separate times in spoken with me so many different individuals that said I would get. A call back from either the owner or from the GM just wanted to call back from the GM. Never received anything, not a call, not an email, not a text message. Nothing this has been going on for over a month. They won't give me corporates number. It doesn't show a corporate number for the Tucson area, so they just want you to call each individual filibertos. To try and get ahold of a GM, who is not going to call you back? So for all you, service members out there and veterans, please be aware and save your money. These people had the nerve to say words on here that I can't even repeat, because of how bad they are in Spanish. And it had to do with the fact that I'm white in what they told me what they said about me, I let their management know about it. Nobody got back to me still. So again, if you don't want your money stole, if you don't want to have to wait 4 hours like I did last night for just 2 cheese enchiladas, beans and rice and if you don't want to be with a company where nobody will ever call you back, no manager. No assistant manager, no director of beverage services. Nobody in their organization will call you back. Please, please please for all my veterans out there and for anybody who hates bullying and racism stay away from this place. They will steal your money and they will not...
Read moreCustomer service is deplorable. Shame on them. We placed an online order for us to pick up through this location's Google. The restaurant sent a text to me confirming the order, and when to arrive. When I arrived at Filiberto's, the lady at the front said she has no record of the order, and that they dont take "online orders". I showed her my receipt on my phone which they charged me the $67 for my order. She denied and denied it. So I had to place my order AGAIN in person...and pay AGAIN. So I've paid twice now. I called this restaurant 5 different times in the week following my order, and "Leslie", the only "manager" I could get ahold of was rude when I tried to explain my situation over and over to her. I just wanted my refund for the food I NEVER RECIEVED. She hung up me. I called 2 days later, and Leslie told me I need to come in and bring my receipt to her boss...who would be there at 4pm. We arrived at 5pm with all the proof to show her "boss" and was told "the boss was not coming in today". And also Leslie was gone. They refused to give us the boss' name. They were just giving us the runaround saying they can't do anything, tho we provided our bank charge with proof the restaurant charged us twice. The lady at the front said the boss will call us. Fast forward to a week later, and still no call. I called today and spoke to Leslie, again, and she said the boss called us today (they did not.) She pretended not to know when her boss will ever be in again. At this point, its just the principal of righting a wrong that is clearly their fault, and they stonewall me every step along the way. The employees are UNWILLING to be helpful. The management is nonexistent. We will never...
Read moreI SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS! I ordered the carne asada burrito and paid $13.30. There were 2 people in the restaurant eating when I arrived a little after 6 P.M. I retrieved my food and chose to eat inside. I took one bite and found the tortilla warm and the meat inside to be cold. I returned to counter and asked for a refund. The employee told me it was not the meat that was cold, it was the guacamole and pico. I insisted that it was not the case. The employee also said they can remake it and put the guacamole and pico on the side. I again stated that the meat is cold and it was not the other 2 items. The employee did inform me that they cook the meat ahead of time that's why it was not hot. The employee again stated they can remake the burrito and this time put the meat on the grill to heat it up. I said no, I would like a refund. The employee informed me that they are not allowed to give refunds?! WHAT??? The employee asked if i paid by cash or card. I told them it was cash. Again the employee stated, I cannot give you a refund and they will remake the burrito. I told the employee I would not eat the burrito because the meat is old and cold. The employee said they would write my name down and give it to the manager the following day. I could then call in to speak with the manager. I think that would be usless (see other reviews). The employee did not ring me up on the front counter register. They took my cash around to the drive thru register and rung me up there. I have a drive thru receipt. I will file a formal complaint with Pima County...
