This location is not the place when it comes to good customer service. I went there in the evening. The young lady that took my order was very rude. I asked for unsalted fries. She didn't respond, so I asked again, to which she then rudely replied, "I heard you". After receiving my order I returned to the counter for ketchup. The same young lady was standing close by and said to the other crew member that proceeded to help me, "What does she want now". To which I said in her direction, "I heard you". I really couldn't believe this girl's behavior. My order was simple and it wasn't as if I was rude to her. After eating I went back and asked the same guy that I got the ketchup from, if I could speak with the server. He asked "Why". I told him I just wanted a minute of her time, that's it. (* Without confrontation, I really wanted to know what was bugging her as I work in customer service as well). He made excuses to me, he ignored me at some point, continued stalling and then said the girl was busy and didn't have time to talk to me. I asked for a manager, this guy said that he was the Supervisor. This same "Supervisor" witnessed the girl being rude to me, a "customer" and at no time did he reprimand her. In fact the interaction between them seemed as if he was asking her, if she wanted to talk to me, her saying no and him telling her, he would not allow it. Then he just proceeded to blow things out of proportion. I said that I would write a review about the incident. The supervisor told me to go ahead, that in his 4, 5 yrs there, he has never had a bad review and that I can take his name and everything and go ahead and write my review. I hope this McDonald's read the reviews and know they are losing customers because their employees simply don't care how they threat...
Read moreI'm surprised I haven't actually reviewed this place, I come here around once a week. If I were to compare this McDonald's to a cat, I wouldn't because this McDonald's deserves more respect than that. The location is generally clean, the drive-thru lane is occasionally long and horrible, but the food here is made out of love. Occasionally and I do say occasionally, the new hires get things wrong, but that doesn't happen often.
I remember there was a while that the drive-thru cashier lady kept my change for some reason. By a while I mean probably for a month, one of the cashiers would keep my change as if I didn't just give them more then the price of the food, but after that month I don't think she was working there anymore. You might think who cares it's just some change, but you have to ask yourself have you ever not been given your change when giving more money for any product. It wasn't like I drove off upon giving them the money and receiving my receipt, I waited there they had full knowledge that I gave them money... it made no sense.
Moving past that, this McDonald's gets the job done. If you've been living under a rock and want to find out what the world is made out of, I recommend hitting up the internet and looking up this specific McDonald's. It encapsulates everything you'll ever...
Read moreUnfortunately I am a local guide for a reason. I have to report when mistakes are made and when service was not right. 1st- I ordered two of the new Crispy Chicken McMuffins add cheese on my way to work. With two cokes and 1 burrito. 2nd- She hands me the cokes and tells me to please park in spot 2 to wait for my chicken.. 3rd- The employee comes out and hands me the food. They gave me two chicken biscuits add cheese. NOT McMuffins 4th- The manager comes out and says “if I take this bag, all they will do is throw it away, keep it and I’ll get the order out asap “ 5th- While waiting for my replaced order, the employee comes back out and takes the bag from me and says she is going to bring my correct food out when the manager just told me to keep it?? (This employee refused to let us keep it) 6th- Whoever told that employee to come out and take the bag (which I know they did) clearly has too much pride to believe they made a mistake and instead would rather throw away perfectly good food instead of allowing us to keep it and possibly give to my employees at work. Or even my children that can eat a LOT. Last but not least- I use to be a shift manager overnight at a different McDonald’s so I know all the tips and pros and cons of the job and computer system. How does an EMPLOYEE...
