Stephanie ran the card twice. The credit report from metropcs shows only one transaction. As you can see my bank account clearly shows two transactions made today. Intuit says the transactions are pending and I cannot file a dispute until my transactions go through. Stephanie says she returned my money. End of story. I didnât get it back on my account yet. The other lady who was standing next to her was so rude right from the beginning. They even asked me to go to another store to get service if I was not happy. They also bragged that they have a right to refuse service. What kind of customer service does this. English is not my first language. Neither was it the two girls standing at the customer service center. Highway robbery at its finest from all ends. I lost 356 at this point until I can settle it with my bank. Save your money and run.
Update: Intuit my bank ,told me I cannot file a dispute until May 26th. When I walked out of the store initially without a phone in our hands, Stephanie should have refunded me twice. She didnât. I went back and had to buy the phone. I have been promised that I will get the duplicate transaction back in 48 hours. This is not ethical by any standards. I wonât visit again.
To the owner: My debit card got shut down. She didnât refund me twice when I didnât walk out with the phone initially. She kept the money. That was only one refund. How about taking the device back and returning my money....

I drive home, get on the website and it says the opposite. So, you get a 1 star rating because you are misinformed or lying to customers so you can keep some kind of money coming from Metro to your store, and because you couldn't answer a simple question about what phone do you have in stock which is comparable to the one I asked you about. This ain't rocket science folks. There are about 6 models out and you have no one else in the store.    Read moreSo, I went to get the internet service on the 4th, and I was told I had a month free. Two weeks later, I got a prorated amount added to my phone bill that was due on the 16th. I called customer service, and rudely, the supervisor said there's nothing he could do and to go to the store that I got the device. I called the store to talk to the manager about getting compensated for the amount on my next bill if I did pay it, considering I didn't get a full month. She said there's nothing she could do. I feel like I got played. Make sure you ask about a so-called prorated amount if you decide to get an extra device added because they won't tell you. You're only a sell. Thank me later. Signing off.
