Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Marietta

After moving to Marietta and being a regular customer of dominos in our last town, this location does less than impress. The delivery time is longer, and almost every time we order delivery something is wrong. Last order was parmasean bread twists with no parmasean cheese on them. I didn’t call and complain because I was hungry and it was late. Tonight we ordered and the “free” pizza I ordered with my dominos points had an entire slice that was just bread-no sauce or cheese on it, and our dipping sauces were missing from our order. I felt like I needed to call and make a complaint. After calling and being put on hold twice, the third call was answered by a rude man that didn’t seem sorry or offer any helpful solutions. I still can’t believe anyone would talk to a paying customer like that... it’s enough of an impression that we won’t be ordering from this location again, even though we...

When they get my orders correct they are amazing! However it is once in a blue moon that they get it correct! I ordered a pizza with extra toppings and when I noticed that I didn't receive them . I went back in to tell them. To where they were like " oh I know I just gave you what we had out already." Well then get more out to make my order correctly or don't charge me for those extra toppings that I did not receive. Also informing me about not putting the extra toppings on my pizza would have been nice. It isn't even about the missing toppings or still being charged for them . It was how rude the worker was when I went back in and said something about the mistake with my order. I thought you were supposed to be nice and respectful to the customers. But that's not the case with this location of...

Pros and Cons: Pros: We knew we showed up a little early and of course we didn't mind waiting, but the order was still ready just a minute later so we weren't waiting long. That was cool. Food was hot and tasted great. Staff seemed friendly enough (we did drive-thru pickup). Cons: I paid for two garlic dipping sauces (my favorite) and did not receive said dipping sauces. Before you ask "why didn't you say anything" I was juggling a lot and assumed it was in one of the boxes. It wasn't. I'm not terribly pressed about $2, so no big deal.
