Firehouse Subs Cherokee Crossing — Restaurant in Marietta

I love firehouse its my favorite go to when I can't choose so please know when i say today was devastating to my future with firehouse...today i ordered 2 brownies a bag of sun harvest chips and a large hot tbr sub with everything but lettuce and tomatoes through uber eats which said 15-25mins. Well it took 45 for me to get a large sub with only onions and black olives and lettuce it was extremely soggy couldn't even pick it up and after i picked off all the lettuce it tasted horrible. They gave me salt n vinegar chips which i can't eat due to medical reasons and 2 cookies. I have never tried there cookies so I'm not sure how they taste. I use uber eats with them all the time. I have never had this problem before until this location. When i called to tell the MGR Brian he said i had to go back to uber cancel reorder and they can remake it and he'll make sure its made right. He forgot the common courtesy of even apologizing fornthe mix up he sent me back to uber which i did request a refund but there was no real customer service or genuine concern for me as a customer or the issue it self or the fact that my lunch was now over and i still haven't eaten after paying 20.00 for lunch. I am very big on genuine customer service so after all that i have to give (THIS LOCATION ONLY) a bad review for that turkey bacon ranch, onions and black olive sandwich. I placed a pickup order at Firehouse Subs on 6/23 and arrived just one minute before the scheduled pickup time. My food wasn’t at the pickup station, so I asked a staff member. He immediately recognized my order and let me know it had already been prepared—but unfortunately, it seems someone else had taken it by mistake.

Without hesitation, he kindly offered to remake my food and sincerely thanked me for my patience. I really appreciated how professional and thoughtful he was. Inside the bag, I even found a handwritten note that said, "Thank you for your patience," which truly made my day.

Firehouse sandwiches are the best—the meat is always warm, flavorful, and high quality. And on top of that, I love that they support firefighters and donate to help protect our communities. It feels good to support a place that gives back.

I love the food but Uber Eats orders are always disappointing. We had 5 missing items this time. And there is never any resolve. I hate the way they assemble orders. It would be helpful to have some sort of legend or guide to whatever numerical system is used for sandwiches, although that may not even help because my turkey sandwich and someone else's meatball sub both had a 3 on them.

The delivery driver even complained that she stood at the counter 5 minutes before being acknowledged although someone was at the counter right in front of her. Even then when she said she was there to pick up, they only pointed her to the pickup area where the order was already incorrectly assembled.

Try to be a little more mindful. You really ruined one of my colleague's birthday lunch with careless oversights. Not to mention that you have Miss Vickies chips pictured but not listed as an option to order. Oh, and please give attention to special instructions.
