McDonald's — Restaurant in Marietta

Had the WORST experience here today! I used the mobile app and checked in at the speaker (with my order number). Cashier waved me on by his window (to go to next). Pick up window couldn’t find my mobile order. Manager (old man) came over mouthing about it being a third party company etc etc and there wasn’t anything he could do. I showed him my email .. order number .. payment went through, etc. they told me to move forward and they’d have to wait for it to come through (again , I showed the “old man manager” the order and suggested he could go ahead and get it prepared. After 10 minutes, I went inside and explained everything and showed a younger “shift manager” looking guy. Again, I showed him the email with the order and the fact that I’d paid for my meals ($16). He continued with the mouthing and I asked for his name (no name base on him or the “manager.” He said he didn’t have to give me his name, so I snapped his picture to send to Corporate. If someone shows you their order and the receipt that they paid, then there shouldn’t be an issue getting your food. This McDonalds...

I LOVE McDonald’s but I know I know ... many people just judge one thing that is wrong here and say it is dumpster juice but I think most items are fantastic! We stop here at least one a day to swing by and get a ice cold Coca-Cola, my favorite drink , In my opinion they have the best Coca Cola out of any other restaurant the only restaurant that comes close is Chick-Fil-A , they have good Chicken Nuggets , Burgers , Breakfast, Excellent Fries , Excellent Drinks, and usually good service. My only thing with McDonald’s is they got rid of my favorite menu item besides the fries and the coke, The Grilled Chicken Snack Wrap , it is my favorite and I didn’t even mean to diet I just thought it was amazing every single time it left me more satisfied. If you are looking for the best real deal meal (RDM) Head over here , McDonald’s is much better than Burger King and Wendy’s both although those fast food places are good as well, Wendy’s has a good chicken sandwich and Burger King has a Good Cheeseburger as well. This is a locally-owned and -managed franchise. The facility was recently renovated with a bright, modern style and features some cool decor like a mounted flat screen TV and select tables that are lit with kid-friendly patterns.

The restroom is completely hands-free, boasting automatic commodes, urinals, sinks, and air-powered hand driers. Personally, I like the availability of this technology but like to have the paper option, too, for when the driers just don't cut it.

The food is standard fast-food quality at a competitive cost. The menu board is high-tech, but I personally find that it's more difficult to find certain prices for items than if they still used the standard static menu board.

This location has a 24-hour drive-thru and a lobby that is open only during select hours (see photo). The staff are friendly, courteous, competent, and accommodating. The facility was clean when I visited and my wait time was minimal.
