the food an place itself isn’t bad. i love their pan pizza. but I tried to order on my break at work today which is only a couple blocks down the road and I got transferred into the delivery on the phone and i couldn’t understand the people it was like i got a spam risk call they were rude. i was hung up on i called three different times lasting 15 minutes all together an never got my order out in i was put on hold after my address was givin. I would sit on hold for four minutes and then give up because that is ridiculous I have a 30 minute break I have just enough time to order and eat most of the time and I know it’s not the people at the building itself but the customer calling could be...

Ordered Pizza Friday to pick up Sunday at 7:15pm, paid in full on line, pick up at "pick up" window @ Marietta,Ohio Acme St location. Arrived @7:14 with 5 cars in line I didn't think much its a pick up line right.Wrong I waited until 7:40 in that line to get a Pizza, I ordered 2 days ago, for it to not even been done in the middle. Are people getting in line before their pick up time is? I don't understand why 1 vehicle would set and wait 5 mins and the best you had their food ready. If the person at windows food isn't ready they need to get at the end, not set and hold up the hole line. A better system needs to work with this. I placed an order for my lunch break at 11:58 am and was quoted a wait of around 30 min. The pizza tracker told me my oder was out for deliver at 12:24PM. I attempted to reach someone at 12:40 and was on hold for a manager. No one answered. The pizza finally arrived at 1:01PM- 37 minutes after leaving the store even though I am less than 15 minutes away!! I sent the order back! I would like a call back regarding this horrible experience now that my lunch break is over!!
