GABBY YOU’RE AWESOME….We used the AMAZING DRIVE THRU in Marietta Ohio. The gal named Gabby at the window was very patient as we had never had breakfast at Panera before. We ordered… A vanilla & Carmel Latte The Vanilla & was nice and hot but didn’t burn my lips. The flavor was fantastic. The Cinnamon Crunch Latte Temp was also perfect for drinking and didn’t have to wait for it to cool off. We split a breakfast sandwich called Chipotle Chicken Egg & Avocado on Chibata bread. LET ME TELL YOU this sandwich rocked my socks! The Chibata was crunchy and flavorful and soft. It was easy to eat. The food stayed inside the bread so it was easy to eat while driving. The service from Gabby was perfection. She offered to give our three pups a pup cup to which they promptly devoured and enjoyed thoroughly. Her uniform was clean and her hair was pulled back and covered with a clean hat. Gabby was friendly and knowledgeable. MAY I SAY AGAIN THERE IS A DRIVE THRU. To have a drive thru and get restaurant quality fast food is convenient and pleasurable. What a nice change from your topical drive thru experience. Bring your mom Dad bf gf buddy or kid you’ll thank me...
Read moreThe net 2 stars is solely due to the price. This place is gonna make it about 3 years in this new location. This area will not support $28.60 for two people to have a half a sub and 12 Oz of canned soup. Sorry will NOT happen. I'm not sure what day they ran their traffic count on I-77, but there is not gonna be enough off the interstate to plug the financial hole that's gonna open up. I'm loosely aware that each locale of these big chains can set their own pricing. Despite Bidens economy, this location needs about a 20% price reset to survive. Also I quit Bob Evans many years ago because they brought out soup in a B.I.G. W.I.D.E B.O.W.L to make it look bigger, and Panera is doing the same thing. The sad part is that their cost in the soup is likely about $0.85 per large bowl, and for another $0.50 they could properly fill the huge bowl. I'll never really understand this. It's just insane to put the impression out there of skimping on serving size -- either FILL THE BOWL, or use a smaller bowl....
Read moreI ordered through DoorDash on Sunday and paid full price for a bread bowl. When arrived to my door I did not receive my soup, but just the bread bowl. The package was sealed so it was not the driver's fault to have known that it wasn't there. I contacted the store after realizing that it wasn't there. They had offered a refund since the item was missing but if it didn't show back up in my account in a day then to call back. I called back on Tuesday after still not seeing it in my account on Monday. The manager told me to contact Doordash directly about this issue. I contacted Doordash and the app said there is nothing that they can do because the issue wasn't reported within 24 hours. So now I have paid full price ($12) for an item that I didn't receive fully. I am disappointed this couldn't have been handled between Doordash...
