KFC — Restaurant in Marion Township

Ok I have a large family as I am a foster/adoptive/biological Father. I am use to fast food places messing up our always large order. However my daughter has a dairy allergy and making sure her food is correct can be a challenge. At the speaker I told them she couldn't have biscuits due to her dairy allergy. When I pulled up to the window I verified that her order did not have a biscuit and I watched them move the bags to check. I got home and sure enough there was a biscuit but it was moved under the fries on the side. On top of that they forgot my wife's food and the 2 small orders of mac and cheese. I tried to call several times but nobody answered, so I drove there. When I arrived I asked for a manager who was polite throughout our conversation and I explained everything to him. He made my wife's meal and the mac and cheese but not my daughters who could die from their mistake. As I continue to explain why that meal needed to be replaced he says "oh I listened to your story but I guess I didn't put 2 + 2 together that due to the allergy that the other meal needed to be replaced". Its been awhile since going to KFC cause it was always something messed up, missing, or made us sick.. so we thought since they had this makeover that maybe it was time to give them another chance.. Boy were we wrong to do that!.. not only did we wait 20 minutes in the drive thru and multiple cars getting their food and leaving but we finally get our food we get home and the bisquits are literally stuck together.. I pull them apart and they are stringy and gooey.. The wedges weren't done either but I put those in the oven to finish cooking.. I called and they offered a choc. Cake for the inconvience.. All I said was if they are going to make people wait 10+mins in the drive thru at least make sure the food is done.. Never took my name but I guess they will have it now with this review.. normally don't do reviews but after so many problems before and thought maybe another chance since they spent sooo much money on the makeover they would have learned but they didn't and obviously I didnt learn my lesson either but I did now.. to bad too cause KFC cole slaw is my favorite thing ever.. I have tried to support this business for a few years now, but today is the last time I will buy any food here unless they make some really profound changes. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal- pretty standard. They forgot to provide a cup for my drink and had to ask for it- no problem at all. When I got home I discovered that my 5 piece was non-existent. What I got was a 2 piece and then 3 assorted "pieces" that did not have enough quantity to have amounted to even one regular tender. The coleslaw was okay, but the biscuit was very stale. For $11.00 I got about $4.00 value and this was a splurge for me as things are a little tight right now. They had to have known this when they packed the order, and I'm sure they felt they got one over on me (I did go into the store to buy the food- I have been burned at the drive-thru way too many times).
