She, as well some of the other staff are EXTREMELY well selected candidates, knowledgeable, CORRECT, CONSULT, and most importantly, in a non-condiscdnding or even over marketing manner. They simply educate and send you on your way until you get it...

I rarely change reviews. Originally, this was a 2-star review with some negative comments. That was when they were doing business with a different name and shortly after. Then they changed to Sunnyside and things started getting better. I stayed away for a while, but would stop by from time to time because of the crazy sale prices that would come up. Turns out they have a really great staff and things are so much faster. What a difference a year or two makes! Anyway, this particular visit was going well. Hardly waiting any time even for a larger order. I was talking to Kim (OG) while waiting for the order to be filled and she was able to explain every single question I had about their requests program, how the sales are totaled, payment options, among other changes since I'd last been there, and even a bit talking about music recommendations with her coworker and other stuff while we waited. Great atmosphere and so knowledgeable. It's a rare thing, I'm changing this up to 5 stars and it's due to just how great they treated me. The sun had risen after threatening clouds had dotted the sky throughout the afternoon. My anxiety was high and I was not in my typical locale.
