First of all the address is incorrect. I placed an order using their app and I drove to the listed address on the app and on Google and there was no business there so I drove around Marion and I found it. I was about 15 minutes late from the the time that was stated on the app when my pizzas would be ready. I had ordered the curbside pickup. When I found the business I saw no curbside parking or pick up or anything labeled at all I saw cars lined up against the side of the business. So I wasn't sure what to do so I went into the store the first customer service person I spoke with told me she couldn't hear me that I needed to speak with someone else. Sorry went over to the counter there was a big line there. I waited for about 15 minutes I finally was able to speak to someone in the gentleman told me my order was canceled. I said what? I said how long would it be to place it and have it filled he said 35 minutes. I said okay I said well how about a credit he informed me that he could not give me a credit because they were too busy. I was speaking louder with this gentleman since the other person couldn't hear me. And another gentleman at the restaurant said sir if you're going to speak loudly you should leave. Domino’s Store: 2931 7th Ave. Marion, Iowa
On Tuesday night February 21st I called the Marion, Iowa Domino’s store to place an order for delivery.
We place a delivery order from this store at least once a week. I had a question about their chicken.
Here is my challenge: I have had Parkinson disease for 6 years. Recently it has been affecting my speech. It causes me to stutter. I do not have any type of a warning and it last for about a minute or two.
During the beginning of conversation I had a question about their Chicken; I started to stutter and their employee HUNG UP THE PHONE! I CALLED BACK AT LEAST 7-8 TIMES AND THE PHONE WAS HUNG UP AND NEVERED WAS ANSWERED.
Then my wife called the same store several times and calls never were answered until the last three attempts. One call she was screamed at and the male employee stated “STOP CALLING” AND HUNG UP! Then her last attempt he stated “IF YOU DON”T STOP CALLING I WILL CALL THE POLICE”. We never had an opportunity.
ACTIONS LIKE THIS SHOULD BE IMDIEATE REASONS FOR SEPARATION.

I was notified that I would receive a free pizza on my next order in my email to compensate for lack of fulfillment to their promise. I get home and don't even have the pamesan knots my kids were so excited to try...but they gave me the garlic sauce I ordered to dip them in....then I open up my phone and clicked "call store " if there was an issue with my order. Not only did no one answer, but when the answering message came through it said they were closed...at 6 pm???? I tried to call again and I got, what seemed to be cleared. I scrolled down and it said I could even call the manager and speak with her about my issue. So I made that attempt as well...obviously with no success. Very irritated.
