The selection is great and the service is speedy and they always get my order right! Workers there are so polite and friendly and are genuine in their interactions with customers. I used to be the person who would only drink Starbucks but the corporation has caused me to shift my loyalties over the last few years. I've been searching for a new coffee chain and after a few months of visiting multiple Scooters locations as I run errands I have found my new coffee. The loyalty program is fantastic as well, far better than Starbucks loyalty program. I've gotten multiple free items within a couple of months when it would have taken me over a year to get even half off my coffee at Starbucks. Make the switch to Scooters. I come here everyday. When I first started coming my drinks tasted amazing. They always had put in the extra caramel I pay for. Lately my drinks taste like they aren’t putting in the extra caramel I pay for. Very upsetting considering the extra pumps I get cost 4.80.
