Excellent food and good attentive service! Our family of 6 visited Delft Bistro in Marquette, MI on July 2, 2022 for dinner. Even though we didn't have a reservation and the place was packed we got seated on the second floor after a very short wait. The food was delicious and service was efficient, friendly, and attentive. Cheese curds appetizer was so good that we ordered one more. Burrata was worth doing the same, but we had to save the room for entrees :) And entrees were very good! The restaurant is located in a historic building of a former theater and has a nice interior. Appetizers: Cheese curds - can't stop on these! Burrata - absolutely delicious taste created by nicely chosen set of ingredients Portabella Salad - very good Mains - all great! : Caprese Melt Duck Steak Frites Pesto Pappardelle Pesto Pappardelle with Salmon There were a couple of things that could be improved: Brussels Sprouts side was somewhat over-fried Duck entree could have a bit more duck. 4 out 5-6 pieces of duck it had had a very tough not chewable part on one side. It's understood it could be such a part of duck :) but then add few more pieces... Portabella Salad - I don't see how bacon fits into this otherwise great salad. It's not in any other salads on the menu and it seems the way to do it :) We highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Marquette! It's certainly worth going!

Wowww!!! 👌🏽 I am wildly impressed with this place! Super modern ambiance and a kick-back-like environment. Excellent food- creative and interesting flavor and texture combinations, quality, fresh ingredients and a diverse menu! Popped in for brunch on a Sunday (brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday until 2 pm) and its not to be missed! Perfection 🤌🏼 in all the options we tried- from a Nitro Iced Latte (with a subtle maple flavoring 🍁- nods to Michigan Maple products peppered throughout the menu), a Milk and Honey (whipped Ricotta and an actual honeycomb), a Southern twist on an Eggs Benedict and the young one in our crew had some of the fluffiest French Toast I've tasted to date, from the kids menu served with a side of bacin and *actual* fruit (pineapple ans watermelon!). This place was worth every cent! Server, Andrew, provided us with excellent service and care, and had detailed answers for our questions about the history of the building and how that ties into the restaurants decor today! The giant projector you'll see on the wall was the same space used for movies in the old theater! (Thank you, Andrew!). Easily a new mqt favorite. ((Wonders if they'd recognize me if I popped in for dinner today also 🥸🕵♂️)) 🤣😜 Tip: There is two hour parking (unmetered) one block up moving away from downtown behind and up the hill from the parking garage.

My husband and I were in town for our 4 year wedding anniversary. It was recommended by a local to give this place a try - and boy did we love it! It was so good while we were there my husband reserved a table for the following night!! Let's break it down. Atmosphere - trendy, friendly spot. They had live music the first night. I loved that you can see the kitchen from the dining room. Staff - very friendly and helpful. Excellent service! Price - reasonable for the type of food ordered. Food - Cheese Curds - 🔥🔥🔥best in town!! Burger - my husband said this was the BEST burger he's ever had!! That's high praise from him! Fries - very very good, flavorful, not super greasy. Salmon Risotto - WOW 😍 It was so delicious! Balsamic reduction, served with fried brussels and it was sooooo good!! Salad - I loved the freshness and the pickled onions. Salad dressing was amazing! Ribs - WOW 😍 They were probably the best I've ever had. So much flavor. Cookie Skillet - Warm, tasty and sooooo good! Wine - 10/10. If you are anywhere in the area - you've GOT to eat here!!
