McDonald's — Restaurant in Marshall Township

I begged my mom to take me to mc Donald’s before her eye doctor appointment so that I could get my favorite breakfast. We planned out a time to leave our house so we could wait in the mc Donald’s line and not be late for the appointment. We patiently waited in the line that took around 25 minutes. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese meal. At first I wanted a caramel frappe but there machine was down so I had to pick a second option. When we got our food I excitedly opened my breakfast sandwich to see a completely black bagel that I could quite literally knock on it and was as hard as a rock. Not only was the bagel burnt but it also was missing the bacon. I was not even able to bring myself to eat the sandwich. If me and my mom were to wait in the line again to get another sandwich we would have missed her appointment. The dine in area was closed so my only other option was to call in. I called in 3 times with no answer. Writing a review was the last thing I could think of doing. I am now stuck waiting at my mothers appointment on an empty stomach and no money to even grab something from the vending machine. I AM HANGRY. Look at the picture I attached, would you eat that...

If I could give this place a -5 star I would, my family drove from Michigan and stayed at a hotel down the street for the night and ordered 20 minutes prior to them closing and my husband drove up there because the order was accepted and said it would be fulfilled and when he got here at 9:45 and they say they close at 10 p.m he got to the speaker and was told they were closed and I tired to call up there and they didn't answer till the last ring and then told them the situation because I couldn't place a order at any other McDonald's because that order hadn't been picked up and I tried to call back and another girl answered and I had told her what happened and they refused to cancel the order and hung up on me, so I wasn't able to order through my app and had to drive to another McDonald's 40 minutes away to get food and they actually took care of my order and gave me the same promo as if I were using my app. This McDonald's is disgusting and all the outside trash is full, I came in the next day to talk to the GM, I work for McDonalds as well and expected to be treates atleast better by her but she didn't even offer a sorry just excuses for...

3 stars and heres why. Wanted to rate 2 but I’ll explain. First off, inside is closed every time I go and don’t understand why. So I went through the drive-through for my food first. Parked to enjoy my McNuggets fries, and my delicious Dr.Pepper. Let me tell you, a Dr.Pepper from Mcdonalds hits different. So don’t get me wrong, the food was superb. After enjoying my meal I decided I wanted my favorite, an Oreo McFlurry. Pulled up through the drive-through once again, and I ask for an Oreo McFlurry with five times the regular amount, and I said I would pay for whatever necessary. The lady replied with a rude tone and said she could not do that. I asked how much extra they are allowed to add and she said none. But I said on the mobile app you can add up to 3 extra for Oreos. I said I’ll pull into a spot and order it. I was the only one there in the drive through and mobile pickup spots, and after 12 minutes of waiting they brought my McFlurry out that had very little Oreos in it… Now considering I paid almost $6 for this is insane!!!
