I would give this a 4.5 star experience. There were only a couple of cons. We had called and made a reservation, but when we arrived, they couldn't find it for some reason. Not sure if online works. However, they had us wait less than 10 minutes so it wasn't an issue since it wasn't completely packed at the time. Out of 4 drinks we ordered, only one was decent, which was the strawberry basil one. The passionfruit limoncello lemonada just tasted like basic lemonade and was actually a bit too tart. The margherita pizza was a little bland but was otherwise acceptable. The service was beyond incredible. Our waitress was super friendly and bubbly, and she said it was only her second day on the job there. The spinach and artichoke dip came with what looked like pizza/flatbread pieces toasted or something in garlic, and that was really a highlight of the meal. The crispy shrimp napoli was really good too, though it wasn't really that crispy. The agua fresca salmon was very fresh and delicious. The chicken caprese was flavorful and nicely cooked. The fra diavolo with shrimp was good as well and actually had a bit of nice spiciness to it. All the desserts were delicious - caramel marscapone cheesecake, tiramisu, and warm chocolate cake. Overall, this was a pleasant and satisfying dinner. I would definitely come back.

The food here was a little disappointing for the kind of restaurant it is. Everyone else in my party seemed to enjoy the food which was good but I suppose I got the short end of the stick. I got the shrimp scampi and it was oddly acidic??? I think they added way too much lemon to the dish and it came out sour which made it hard to finish. It also came with over toasted stale bread. My drink was also unbalanced, I got a peach Arnold Palmer and it came out more like a peach lemonade, there wasn’t enough tea and the tea wasn’t dark enough to be able to balance it out. My dad said that his food was also fairly lemony. ALSO, the marinara sauce we had with the mozzarella ravioli was weirdly runny. In spite of my luck with the food, The service was amazing and our server was very polite and considerate of us. I really appreciated her service. The atmosphere was very calming, It matched the style of food very well.

Bravo in Cranberry really went above and beyond for my wife’s baby shower this past Sunday. We had a separate party room from the actually restaurant and it was the perfect space. The staff was very friendly, helpful, attentive and professional with everything leading up to the shower and also the day of. The food was absolutely delicious, everyone enjoyed the shrimp scampi and chicken Florentine pasta plus the bread and oil at each table was also delicious. It was an amazing time that wouldn’t have been made possible without a great venue like Bravo. Stop wasting your time on The Olive Garden and start enjoying Bravo. It’s light years better in every way.

Last night we visited the Cranberry location it had been a couple months since last visit. The front door people made us wait even though there was 3 open tables. Tables they filled immediately after they seated us at another table. Do not understand why we had to wait. Service was superb as usual. Never waited on a thing. The servers at this location have always been grate. I order the lasagna and my wife order the shrimp fra diavolo. My lasagna came to the table cold. My wife’s shrimp looked boiled are something. The shrimp were pale and flavorless. Like they were cooked separately and dropped in the noodles and sauce at the last minute. My lasagna I had o send back it was so cold, it is funny the waiter said be careful the plate was hot, and I could hold it in my hand. They returned with another lasagna dish later. It was hot but it was for from being the same lasagna I have dined on her before. The lasagna before was a health portion I could never finish, meaty, multiple lasagna noodle layers and great sauce. The lasagna noodle was two layers, one top, followed by a layer of ricotta, noodle layer, meat on bottom. It was terrible. The lasagna was probably 70% sauce and the rest noodle, meat, and cheese. It was bad. My wife was almost finished and I gave up on my and order the crime brûlée. Before I thought this dessert came with a dollop of whip cream and a strawberry on top. This one had one thin slice of strawberry. Needless to say the meal was a disaster. I ask the waitress had they changed chefs and she confirmed yes and the corporate chefs organization had change. Unfortunate this used to be a great restaurant. Will not be back, sorry. It is sad too, because it was really the only Italian restaurant we have found that we truly...

Bravo in Cranberry is an amazingly awesome experience! Most restaurants, I feel, have “gone to crap” especially since Covid. The service from Katie, whom was our server, and Vicky, whom was the manager that politely and professionally checked on our table, was AMAZING! The food was ON POINT and delicious. My salmon was the best I’ve had out to eat it was as if we made it at home it was that fresh and cooked to perfection! The spaghetti bolognese was even better than we’ve had in the past. We didn’t have a single problem, which again, in shock with since that’s all we ever get anywhere we go out anymore. Not at Bravo though! We had an amazing relaxed delicious meal with such high class service, I am still ranting and raving about the food and service from our evening out to dinner! We will return again and again!!!! Thank you, Katie for such amazing service, thank you chefs, for such an amazing meal, thank you, Vicky for having a smile on your face and emphasizing our wonder experience at Bravo! ThNk you Bravo for still being the “old Bravo” but even BETTER!!!! The staff wasn’t running around all nutso and they seemed as if they actually wanted to be at work!!!! It’s nice to know that there’s still a restaurant that we can go to and enjoy our meal, atmosphere, and experience out in general! Thank you Bravo in Cranberry!!! You’re an Awesome team! We will make the drive out again for sure!!! I can’t thank you enough for how amazing you made my night!!! Oh yes, aaand the prosecco with the salmon was perfect!!! Thanks for that...

Surprise birthday party: Sixteen people (including a child) attended a full sit down dinner with cocktail hour in a private dining room. Food was outstanding and everyone made comments on how appealing and delicious our meals were. The entire staff could not have been more accommodating! Shout out to Evan who was our amazing and I do mean amazing main server and also to Manager Tyson who helped orchestrate the party. Evan should be commended for his superior service and how he displayed so much patience taking everyone's food as well as drink orders all at the same time. Several individuals were elderly and he was very kind and hands on with everyone. He was personable, good sense of humor and attentive for the 4 hours we were there. He even tried to resolve an issue regarding a side dish in the most respectful way and offered to replace the side with something more favorable. He checked with everyone at the table at least 5+ times throughout the night asking if we needed anything, refilling waters, drinks and coffee along the way. I was amazed at his composure and if anyone has the 'gift' of being a truly great server, it is Evan. Kudos Evan! Bravo's in Cranberry Township, PA is lucky to the tenth power to have you as part of their team. Thank you so very much for making our party such a pleasurable experience! Evan, I do hope you get recognized by your peers, managers, owner of Bravo's as well as 'Corporate' for this wonderful Italian eatery experience. We will be back. Bravo!
