Wendy's — Restaurant in Marshall

I wish I could give negative stars it was that bad. I placed a mobile order since the app and google both say they are open till 9. I arrived to a store full of rude disrespectful employees refusing me service and told me they closed at 7. Yet the window sign even states they are open till 10. So not only is it false advertising but the fact that they all wanted to be rude about not wanting to serve me even though based on all posted information they were supposed to and that's their jobs. I was told Vicky is there General Manager when asked. They are absolutely rude, we got a mobile order and the person on the speaker told us to go to the second window, mind you this is the first time we are doing mobile. So we go around a person at the first window and go to the second window. The woman in the first window is openly talking gossip about us to the car at the window. We pull up and say we had a mobile order and we are pulling up to the second window, they reply with a sarcastic "okay" and laugh at us to each other inside the window. I've been to Wendy's all over Michigan, and in other states too. This is literally one of the WORST. The food is fine. The employees are generally nice, but there seems to be high turnover, which is not surprising, given that the management/owners do not seem to care AT ALL. The entire parking lot is more pothole than solid asphalt. The service times are hideous, due to understaffing. I feel for the employees. They're doing the best they can, but who wants to drive through the parking lot without 4 wheel drive? If I'm missing for a day or so, start the search in the sinkhole that opened up there.
