I WAS a long time customer of Anthony’s but especially this specific Anthony’s location, they were my go to regular ordering place. Great drivers, got my food right from online orders, never once had a bad experience. Until today. I was delivered the wrong food (which I can not eat) and was rudely told that I was wrong multiple times by the manager on duty. There is a very big difference between a ham and cheese and an Italian (3 meats and a cheese) yet the manager continued to argue with me.
The manager on duty was completely unprofessional, continued to try and talk over me and was very argumentative not only with me but also with his employee about the order before even listening to what the issue was. Completely tried to brush it off as a vendor change in the hallmark, it’s now turkey ham (which I believe zero of) which he told me four times until I raised my voice stating there were 3 meats on this sub, not 1.
I was not given an option for a refund for my food even when I specifically asked for one. I was offered a PARTIAL credit that can only be used there. How are you not going to refund the entire order when 2 of the 3 things ordered are not just off but completely wrong and not edible? I am actually allergic to what I was given and almost ate it. What if I ended up in the hospital from it?
Very poor customer, I will not be returning to that location or any others that are under the same umbrella. When I told him this was unacceptable and I would be calling the owner on Monday, he responded stating that I was threatening him. If he had an ounce of customer service skills and a better attitude, I probably would have been ok with a credit that an only be used there but don’t tell me I’m wrong four times and not expect me to speak to your manager manager.

Read moreBeen ordering from Anthony's Pizza weekly for over a year. We generally order late at night due to our schedules. Last night we place our standard order Steak n Cheese and a Spinach Calzone. As usual the Steak n Cheese was Delicious BUT... the Calzone was under cooked the dough was way undercooked. Being that it was late and the store had CLOSED . I was unable to contact the Manager so I waited till today to call and make my complaint. I was told that it was the cheese not the dough REALLY.... I think I know the difference between cheese and RAW DOUG H . The OWNER/MANAGER ,,, REFUSED to replace my food said I should have called last night... HOW CAN YOU CALL IF YOUR CLOSED... He offered me 50% off my order. WHY would I want 50% off my order of food I had already ordered.... I explained to the Owner I still had the food from last night and he stated HE DOES NOT REPLACE FOOD .... We order from Anthonys at least 2x a week and our order comes to minimum of $40 each time. You would think that they would want to keep a Repeat Customer ... Not this Owner... Sad because they do have really good steak n Cheese... Due to the Arrogance Inconsideration and POOR Customer Service We will NEVER order food from them again. In this Economy you would think keeping a repeat customer happy would be #1 policy not this place. I AM JUST SO ANGRY and appalled .. I thought if I post this maybe more people would do the same and Hit Anthony's in their pockets since they like to take your hard earned money and not stand by COMMON CUSTOMER...
