I was in line behind a woman and her child waiting to order a pretzel. When the woman working there was finished with the people in front of me I said “hello” and waited for a response. The woman stared at me and then went to the back without a word. A man came out that she yelled something to in another language and he also ignored me and did not respond to my greeting. He went to the back where I assume they both waited for me to leave.

I wouldn’t recommend this...

Food is burned every-time. The lady here that’s always here had an attitude Every time someone comes to order food . I come to order a pretzel all the time why not keep the correct amount of items ready for customers . I don’t appreciate her attitude and the food not being ready for customers . No one speaks regular English or they act like they can’t understand what we are saying .. you need new people here working and not just anyone . Talk...

Girl dumped garlic powder on my pretzel. Way to much!! Got all over my clothes once I opened top of package. Had to get home, so couldn’t go back in. I live 1.5 hours from this location! I go to the aspen dental in town. They don’t answer their phone, goes to a Verizon recording about mailbox number! I paid over $3 for this pretzel! I’m not gonna be a nice person when I go back on my next dental appt. I’ll be stopping...
