I have eaten at this location many many times and have always had a great experience.

However, today is an experience that has left me hospitalized.

I ate today the hokey baked ham sandwich. I ate half of eat before I stopped because something tasted off and that half sandwich caused the following:

About 30 minutes after eating, I started feeling overly nauseous and having severe stomach cramping.

An hour after eating I start to get diarrhea

At this point I’m in so much pain and feel so weak I need to leave work.

Immediately after leaving I start vomiting. Projectile inside my car. And then at my house. And then in my car again on the way to the hospital, and then in the hospital.

Long story short, I have food poisoning. Not only do I need to fully clean a whole bunch of crap, I get the privilege of missing work.

Three strikes and you’re out! First bad experience is when I went with my family and we all ordered the sandwich meal that comes with chips. Well unfortunately, they were out of chips and refused to accommodate us, giving us the excuse that they “are under different management”, and could not accommodate us like they could’ve under the old management. Second experience was yesterday when I ordered a cobb salad. I didn’t realize that the sticker placed on the container was past the expiration date by a day. I ate the salad, but later that night, felt a little nauseous, didn’t really put two and two together. Today, again…ordered a cobb salad, but the salad was 5 days passed the expiration date. Against my better judgment, I made the poor decision and ate it since it looked ok besides condensation on the lid (that was my fault). Now, I sit here sick as a dog. I will never...

Well let me begin by saying yearly i pick up my Thanksgiving platters from this store without a problem( Waldorf). This year would be different. As i have done years past, I would go to the store two-three weeks out and place my order. My pick up date is always the Monday the week of Thanksgiving. I stood on the line almost 30 minutes to get inside and was told by order wasnt available for pickup until 11/25 (Thanksgiving Eve). I couldn't believe it. The lady went to the back and return to tell me that they will be making it and for me to stand at one of the waiting tables.

I waited an additional 35-40 minutes for my platter. Ms. Penny was very apologetic and assured me she was going to investigate why they had different dates for my pickup order. All in All she made a very tensed situation calm. Thank you so much Penny for your customer service and Happy Holidays...
