Bello Vittos — Restaurant in Maryland

This place deserves no stars NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Before placing the order, I made sure to ask if you could order wings this early and was assured that it would be okay. I ordered the chicken wing and fry special at 10:13am and my food arrived as if it was reheated from the night before. My chicken and fries were NOT fresh at ALL. I called and spoke with the OWNER RANDA and she was very nasty on the phone. Refused to replace my food or process a refund. She hung up on me four times and repeatedly told me that she "did not have time for this". She stated that she cooked the food and she knows that the food was cooked fresh after I told her that the food does not look or taste fresh. Randa the OWNER offered to give me a credit for the food. I DO NOT WANT TO EAT ANY FOOD FROM THIS BUSINESS! I was told by the manager "if you don't like the food, don't come back". I have NEVER dealt with such low customer service in my LIFE! I will be contacting The Baltimore County Health Department and BBB on this trash of a business. I will be uploading complaints and photos of my food to EVERY review site and social media platform. DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT EAT...

Now I’ve been eating here since 2019 never had a problem food was always good. Delivery was always perfect, but today I ordered delivery first I told the young lady that took my order for mozzarella sticks and she didn’t put them on the order. I was willing to let that go because I wasn’t charged and the driver said she was in training. I go to eat the pizza and the topping fall right off and it’s cold. I call and tell the so called manager and she gets smart and act as if I’m lying, I never alone gave attitude and was only nice and respectful on the phone. I live around the corner.not even 10 mins away no reason for cold pizza so I drove it back to the store and she proceed to be rude and nasty while giving my refund. I will never order from here and I have coworkers that order here also every day. The attitude was nasty and she can consider our business gone. I never do this but she was just too damn rude for me not to...

My wife and i order from there all the time untill now , got a crispy chicken salad with no tomatoes , and asked for one pepper park dressing and one honey mustard , after a hour plus of taking to get here when it's actually less then a mile away , I get my salad with no tomato , also nothing else. No onions or anything else , it had 4 pieces of chicken in it a bit of toarmted bread ( croutons ) and 4 slice of cucumber , that is not a salad that is a head of lettuce, and when it get to house dont know why they ask what kinda dreasing you want they just threw whatever they wanted to in the bag i guess. Do i paid fir a crispy chicken salad and got lettuce and a couple pieces of chicken and the wrong dreasing , and tok a hour plus to get here , I am done won't eat there not more there food use to be good dont know what happens but it has changed for the worse !!$$ Good luck with...
